They have pretty much got the self catering market in St Ives sewn up, and a have a brochure (downloadable from website) choc full of lovely places to stay, sleeping groups of every size, and to suit every pocket. We have been impressed with the quality, cleanliness and facilities of the places we have stayed. They have an office in St Ives, but key collection at the start of the holiday is usually from their office in Hayle.

They would not even give us the owners details so we could complain directly, even though it states this in their terms and conditions. The place was a shithole in desperate need of refurbishment and was filthy dirty - We booked in May, arrived, stayed one night because we had nowhere to go and left the next mornings BECAUSE General detritus on the two fabric sofas. § Visible hair and foodstuffs present. The kitchen: § Crumbs/foodstuffs on every surface: § Stains on the hanging ironing board. § Filthy cooker. § Filthy microwave. § Mirror was stained. The 1st floor WC: § Mold/limescale around the taps. § Dust underneath the sink and on skirting boards. § Stains on the walls. The top-floor master bedroom: § Blood/stains on the duvet cover. § Pubic/body hair both on the duvet and on the sheets. § Dusty window ledges, skirtings, lamps/lampshades, drawers. § We expect to sea bird faeces on the windows, but they clearly hadn't been cleaned for some time as the windows were covered. § Stains on walls. Main bathroom: § Human faeces in toilet and on cistern. § Toilet brush filth

They have cottages and holiday apartments, which are pretty different decor wise. Lots around the harbour which is great if you've got children. Would happily recommend them and have done to family and friends.
