As a customer, I am disappointed by the lack of follow-up, especially given the seriousness of the issues I reported. I would appreciate an update on the status of my complaint and would like to know whether it has been reviewed and what actions, if any, have been taken. E-mail sent below: Dear Lowell, Thank you for your response to my review. I appreciate your acknowledgment that the experience I described does not reflect the respectful and consistent service every guest deserves. As requested, I attempted to contact your team directly by calling (321) 831-3763. However, the phone system directed me to a general voicemail box. There was no option to reach you directly, no manager extension available, and no way to leave a message specifically for the manager handling my concern. Given the nature of this matter, I would appreciate being contacted directly by a member of management regarding my experience at the Palm Bay location on Juneteenth. As I stated in my review, my husband and I were surprised when we were told he could not speak while inside the facility, as we have visited this location multiple times before and had never been informed of such a policy. The situation ultimately resulted in our order being canceled and our being asked to leave, which left me feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and deeply disappointed. I would appreciate a review of what occurred, clarification of the facility's policies, and an opportunity to better understand why the situation was handled in this manner. I would also like to know what steps Planet 13 takes to ensure that all customers are treated respectfully and consistently. Please provide a direct point of contact, including the name, title, phone number, and email address of the manager or representative assigned to this matter, so that I may discuss my concerns directly. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to hearing from you. Best Regards, Thanks, Velma Xavier
