There was no option to reach you directly, no manager extension available, and no way to leave a message specifically for the manager handling my concern. Given the nature of this matter, I would appreciate being contacted directly by a member of management regarding my experience at the Palm Bay location on Juneteenth. As I stated in my review, my husband and I were surprised when we were told he could not speak while inside the facility, as we have visited this location multiple times before and had never been informed of such a policy. The situation ultimately resulted in our order being canceled and our being asked to leave, which left me feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and deeply disappointed. I would appreciate a review of what occurred, clarification of the facility's policies, and an opportunity to better understand why the situation was handled in this manner.
