So now it's 430 and I'm getting a call from the store saying the IT system has been down most of the day for the drivers and I won't be able to get my delivery and offered to redeliver on Tuesday. Obviously I work like most people during week and won't be able to sit at home for 6 hours waiting again. One of the worst and unorganized experiences I've had with MM delivery.

After that visit I went to another dispensary that was not a Muv dispensary. The tender called me Karen. When he did I told him the story about Muv. At that moment one of his colleagues stepped over and said, hey Karen! The tender at the other dispensary who I just told the Muv story to did not say anything to let the other tender know my name was pronounced differently, and when I left, that tender who I just told my Muv story to, said, Bye Karen. That's okay. Their intent was good and their medicine was right, but Muv paid extra close attention, went the extra mile, they wanted to pronounce my name right, they did, and they do.
