It's 2026 and it has been decades since I was able to breathe freely in the Spring!…read more I can't say enough good things about Chicago Nasal and Sinus Center. From the very first visit, the entire staff has been consistently professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. I've been under their care since January 2025, and the improvement in both my symptoms and overall quality of life has been incredible. The front office and clinical staff run a smooth, organized practice, and you're always treated with respect and genuine care. Appointments are efficient without ever feeling rushed, and it's clear that patient comfort and outcomes truly matter here. A very special thank‑you to Amy Brussee, PA‑C, who has been overseeing my care. Amy is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She listens, answers questions thoughtfully, and makes each visit feel personalized rather than transactional. I always leave confident that I'm in excellent hands. I also want to recognize Melanie, the nurse who administers my allergy shots. She is consistently kind, calm, and professional, and makes what could easily be an uncomfortable process incredibly easy and stress‑free. THANKS, MEL!! If you're looking for an allergist or sinus specialist in Chicago who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion, I highly recommend Chicago Nasal and Sinus Center. They set the bar for what patient‑centered care should look and feel like.

He educated me about the sinuses and where my pain and discomfort were coming from and offered solutions. I was using a product that was not working well for me so that was good to know as well. He made clear that he's available to me for further follow up consultation/discussion if I want to call him. His office was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and knew their stuff. Although I didn't use it, they have parking validation stickers for a lot a couple of blocks away. I will recommend him to anyone who needs an ENT, without reservation.

He looked at it, cleaned it, and took biopsies of the uric acid crystals and the actual wound it's self. Said my gout was miss managed and wanted to put me on Allopurinol and Colchicine once we had lab results back. Started me on an antibiotic but called me and said he was switching my antibiotics because they found 7 different bacteria in my wound. Got all my other blood tests back and started the allopurinol and colchicine. I am now feeling better and it's all because of Dr Usman. I have had many Dr's in my life, but none that actually cared like he does. He wants to make sure you get better. This Dr would text me at night to check in on me and make sure everything was good. He was always there to answer my questions. I appreciate him more than he knows. If you are needing a podiatrist and you don't go see Dr Usman you are doing yourself a disservice!!! Thank you Dr U. I made an initial appointment with a doctor at One Medical after my health insurance assigned their…read morepractice as my designated PCP. I was really pleased with how easy it was to set up an appointment on the app. I uploaded my insurance information on the app and presented it again to the receptionist when I arrived for my appointment. I saw the doctor and was pleased with my care. However, I needed a prior authorization for a prescription and everything went downhill. Long story short, I contacted One Medical three times by app (as instructed) to request the PA. The app has read receipts, so the staff saw my request. I never received a response. A week before I was going to be out of my medication, I was finally able to get in contact with a customer service rep at their corporate office. She was very apologetic about the issue and had the office manager reach out to me. The office manager told me they didn't take my insurance and that they would not do the PA. I felt like the office manager was blaming me for the issue. However, my insurance company assigned One Medical to me, said One Medical was a participating office when I called, and had them listed online as in network, so I didn't appreciate the insinuation that I did not do my due diligence. One Medical had multiple opportunities to let me know that they did not accept my insurance, but chose to ghost me until I reached out to corporate. I was left without care and with an empty prescription. It was difficult to find a new provider on such short notice, so I had to go without my medication. Had One Medical paid attention when I booked my appointment, showed my insurance card to the receptionist, or during the 3 times I reached out about my PA, I could have started the search earlier and found a new doctor. One Medical is careless at best and negligent at worst. With so many other options in Chicago, I could not recommend One Medical in good faith.

The receptionist then said that the lab wouldn't open until 1:45pm. Not sure why it differed from what is listed on their website but I said ok since no one was in front of me. 2pm came and I still wasn't called so I left because I had to get back to work. Total waste of time, really glad I spend $200 a year for this superb service.
