After reading reviews, I knew my decision wasn't really about the price--I was planning to hire Top Tech anyway. What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. The phone conversation felt rushed, and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which I found annoying. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. I still have a lot more projects to complete around my house, and I will definitely be calling Top Tech again. When I do, I'll be requesting Zach specifically. Highly recommended.

I called ABC Plumbing at noon, by 2:45pm Jayden L. was standing in one of three bathrooms we were…read moreconcerned that a blockage was in the sewer line. Jayden rapidly assessed the three bathrooms, checking each drain of each shower and tub addressing our concerns one by one all the way out to the outside drain port. This is Quality Care, Service, and Customer Relations have set the bar high for all other Plumbing services who follow; we will be calling ABC Plumbing for future maintenance and those surprises homeowners dread. Value- lets talk VALUE. ABC Plumbing found no issues with our plumbing, we were concerned over a small obstruction in the line which cleared itself. Nothing was wrong, therefore no charge as the licensed plumber's estimate was FREE!! I've owned homes from Alaska, Oregon, Illinois, California, and Texas. We've had plumbing services out on several occasions in each of these states, no one, I mean no service has ever come out with the offer of a "free" estimate who actually checked for an actual problem, not finding one, its "no charge." From the other guys, I get the estimate and a high-pressure sales talk, caving to the high pressure sales, I get their bill regardless of an actual existing problem. RECAP 6 Reasons to call ABC Plumbing: 1. Called for service, a licensed plumber arrived in less than 3 hours. 2. Estimate is FREE. 3. Checked for an actual problem, none found, NO CHARGE. 4. Estimate is FREE, NO HIGH PRESSURE, NO PRESSURE. 5. Plumber is respectful of our home, wears shoe covers, does NOT leave a mess for us to clean up. Plumber was dressed professionally in the company uniform, and was clean. The plumber was professional, someone that my wife and I felt comfortable with our plumber in our home. 6. They spent the next 3-4 hour bashing my cast iron sewage line with a sewer clean out tool. They said they would have to tunnel to get the ball out. They returned the next day to excavate. They sent the same plumbers to excavate and not hire a professional dig crew. They let me know they would dig under my foundation footer, instead they chiseled through my footer with a jack hammer and cut the rebar doing permanent damage to my foundation (this was affirmed by multiple plumbers, foundation repair companies Ava a stuctual engineer). They tunneled a few feet underneath my foundation. They told me they removed the ball. I didn't trust their work so I had another company come out to run a camera. They never removed the ball and instead left a large hole stuffed with a rag so water could escape. I gave videos and photos to Vance Tim (North hills operations manager). He refused to take responsibility for what his employees did and instead demanded i pay for all the shoddy work they did. It costs me 1000s of dollars to fix damage they did to my home. All other contractors were totally baffled by what they did. Vance Tim threatened to sue me if i left a bad review.

In June they performed a routine complimentary maintenance inspection to keep the system running smoothly. On July 30, 2026 the ceiling started dripping. I called them right away. A separate roofer also inspected and confirmed the roof and attic were fine, and specifically recommended checking the drain line on the pancake unit. I relayed this to Sunny Service. Their technician came out the same day, said everything was fine, and charged me another service fee. The next day (July 31, 2026) the roofer returned, opened the ceiling, and immediately found water coming from the direction of the pancake unit. The drain pipe was flooded. Just one day earlier Sunny Service had told me it was not the issue. I now have roughly $2,000 in ceiling repairs to deal with. I'm also unclear why the system did not detect the overflow and shut down, which the technician had previously explained it should do. I trusted this company for two years with a brand-new system. Please make sure any AC company thoroughly checks and clears the condensate drain on every visit. This should never have happened.
