I feel incredibly bad because I don't remember his name but he was the owner of the company, he was very clear and made sure I understood every step that was going to happen. He quoted me a very reasonable price and managed to fit us in last minute. When he got started on fixing our water heater system he stumbled on so many problems and took him hours to fix. He kept us informed on a lot of rewiring he had to do because the last person who put the water heater mixed up the cables and he had to redo the work. He called his nephew to help him speed up the process(family owned company) and made sure to finish the job correctly. He was very polite and honored the price he had quoted us even though he had to do double to work. I am extremely grateful we found him he will definitely be our go to man for any plumbing problem we encounter in the future. He explained that the hourly rate for two plumbers was $300. I felt blindsided by the cost and off put by how annoyed the plumber was with my cost inquiry. I would not use them again.

However, when that gas line was installed, the tubing that they cut was mangled, causing a leak when they put on the compression fitting. Since no one ever pressure tested the system, I have had a significant leak behind my range for 3 years. The only reason it was found was because Atmos had to come test when they replaced the service lines in our neighborhood. Not only could we not get them in a reasonable time (understandable), but there has been absolutely 0 accountability, and I have been getting transferred from person to person for 3 weeks. I spent over $1000 to fix their installation issue, and I can't even get the records from the original service. Absolutely terrible way to run a business. Jack, and the other folks that run the operation clearly take no responsibility for their poor service. I would rather hire anyone else but them. They do poor work (and know it), and then deflect any and all responsibility. Run far away.

One of the adapters failed, causing a slow leak which destroyed my cabinets and appliances. The manufacturer has verified this was caused by the shoddy installation of a non-recommended supply line.
