After two days riding in the Mojave, then a couple days in the cooler air of Utah and Colorado, my 2013 BMW K1600 developed a misfire. Normally BMW bike owners only take their bikes to BMW specialists. But I like to think I can size up a quality person. I reviewed the area mechanics on line, then decided to call MHGM and Trevor (the owner) came right out. Trevor impressed me as a person who has a great deal of common sense, is a hard worker, will do his homework (will study specific reference material), very conscientious, and detail oriented. (all while maintaining social distancing, after all I am a traveler) Having left Colorado weeks ago and traveled several more thousand miles,I'm happy and relieved to report that the bike is rock solid! Despite this, the shop door rolled up at the exact time of my arrival and I was efficiently directed where to park. I went in, dropped off my keys, and the front desk checked that they'd be able to fit me in. I understood, due to the volume of vehicles. When he returned, he confirmed it was ok to drop off, but mentioned they may not be able to get to my service that day. Not a problem, I wasn't in any hurry, and again- could see how full up they were. Imagine my surprise when I got a call saying I was ready prior to the end of that same day! I made sure to hurry in and grab my vehicle to clear up space for their shop. The service offered at this place is appreciated. I'll be back.

Their service team and techs are top-notch, and the custom work came back looking completely factory-done. Pricing was fair as well. I later consigned a bike through them, and they were quick to get the listing online, kept me updated throughout the process, and handled negotiations professionally. The sales staff was consistently friendly and attentive, and I even ended up finding a bike there for a friend who also had a great experience. Since then, I've gone back for advice on another bike I was considering consigning, and they were generous with their time and knowledge. I wanted to leave this review because I was genuinely surprised their rating wasn't higher when I looked them up again. I've owned quite a few motorcycles over the years and have worked with dealers all across the city. None have been as consistently pleasant and professional to deal with, including their European-brand neighbor. If they have a bike you want, you'll be treated right.

He told me of his experience and now not only do I feel guilty for roping him into my search, I'm left with such a second hand bad taste that I had to leave a review. Kasey is your typically pushy sales rep and will try to shove a sale down your throat. Every bad review here is valid, please avoid if you don't want to be conned and cornered into a sale.

I had some touchup work and ppf done on my truck as well as a base level paint correction…read more Overall I was pleased with the paint correction work and ppf application--though I have noticed some issues with the edges of the ppf starting to lift after about a month. My biggest disappointment came in the paint touch up work that was done before the ppf was applied. The quality was quite disappointing and each rock chip that was touched up was very noticeable and even the touch up paint color does not appear to be a correct match. Each touch up spot was raised and it didn't appear any wet sanding was done to knock them down even with the paint. I contacted Ceramic Pro and they did offer to try to improve this issue but had low confidence they could do any better without me taking the truck to a paint shop to be re-painted. This was disappointing to hear as I asked about touch up work before having the work done and was told it would be improved by about 90% which was not the case. Based on the low confidence in improving the issue I decided not to take my truck back.

Tony was extremely helpful in the process - he clearly (pun?) knew what he was talking about and was passionate about what they do. He and his team look to have done an outstanding job and the car looks great. Everything that he said would happen happened just the way he said it would. His bid was also significantly lower than 3 other bids I had from other businesses doing the same thing - and his reasons for being lower just made sense. It's not because his work is less effective, it's because he is smarter about how they do it. Time is the ultimate test, but so far I have zero reservations recommending Tony's work.
