Encor previously shot engagement & wedding photo's for my brother-in-law's and the pictures came out absolutely wonderful, so we decided to also go with them for our engagement and wedding photography needs. They made the engagement shoot extremely easy, providing a list of recommended shooting locations and even scoped out the perfect area for us based on our request. On our wedding day we were worried as heavy rains were forecasted. The team did a great job of scouting out the area and giving us plan B's and plan C's in case we needed alt shooting locations. The photography was amazing and did a great job of helping us keep our energy up while keeping everything relaxed. The photographers were so creative with different lighting effects and camera angles despite not being familiar with the new wedding venue we chose. We feel they certainly got the best photos possible and were great with making accommodations for requests during the ceremony and reception. We worked with Jose throughout our entire wedding, first for our pre-wedding couple's introduction…read morevideo, as well as documentary and highlight videos of the actual wedding day. In addition, Jose and his team were responsible for the audio at the wedding as well as live-streaming the entire event and they did a wonderful job from start to finish. When shooting the couple's video, he joined us for several multi-hour planning sessions, and on the day of gave us plenty of instruction and advice, shot plenty of takes, and even went beyond the agreed upon shooting time to get the job done. The end result was a beautifully produced video that was a warm, romantic and funny introduction of the bride to the groom's family and friends and vice versa. Prior to the actual ceremony, Jose and his team joined us for our rehearsal to scout the venue and ensure they understood the layout of the ceremony in order to best capture the event. On the day of the wedding, Jose brought a team of three with him early in the morning. Two of the team went to the venue to set up the A/V equipment while Jose and another videographer came to the hotel to document the wedding preparation. Given that this was a Covid wedding, we kept the in-person guest list small and invited most of our family and friends to watch via live stream. This was one of the most nerve-wracking aspects of the planning process but Jose has experience live streaming church sermons and his explanation of the process gave us a sense of confidence in his abilities that put our minds at ease. Despite lacking Wi-Fi at the venue, Jose was able to set up a satellite connection to ensure the video was streamed seamlessly and his team captured the event flawlessly while remaining completely in the background. We received plenty of compliments from our virtual guests who in some ways saw more of the wedding procession than the actual in-person guests. Additionally, Jose provided the live stream to us shortly after the wedding, giving us an opportunity to relive the day. It goes without saying but, both the documentary and highlight videos were impeccably edited and produced treasured memories for us. I could not recommend Jose any more strongly. He and his team clearly understand how important the day is to their clients and it shows in the professionalism with which they approach each and every task.
