If you want a Realty Company that goes that extra mile..this is the place for you! Recently moved…read moreto Melbourne and wasn't sure what to do or how I was going to find a reputable company to steer me in the right direction. I was introduced to Julie Henderson, realtor from this company while my nephew was searching for a home to purchase. Mind you, after hours on a weekday with follow up calls and follow email the next morning to myself on where and when I wanted to start looking for a rental. He found a place to buy and I found my place to rent within a month of meeting. I would definitely recommend Julie and this company! Next year, when I'm finding my forever home-I will be calling Julie.

***** DO NOT RENT **** The property at 7279 Waelti Drive, Melbourne, FL…read more -5 stars (Negative) They wouldn't let me post without selecting a star. Issue 1: FLOODING. I have been a tenant at this property for almost two years. The units 8 - 12 flood everytime it rains. They have known about this issue for over a year, and have not done one thing to remedy the problem. I am not talking a little water. I have photos and videos that show you cannot walk into the bathrooms. It is my understanding that the last potential tenant that was shown the property was not told about this. Issue 2: SEPTIC SYSTEMS Backup. They claim to be on city water/sewer. Why does the Septic system keep backing up? This happens about once a month, maybe every two months. This past time, I was told by the management company that it would be fixed on a Friday... I called on Wednesday to report the issue. I was then told that I, the tenant would have to wait for the septic company to show up between 7am and 4pm. Last I checked, this was not my property. The septic company even called me asking where the tank was, etc. I told them the same thing. "This is not my property." Issue 3: The roof When this property was sold over a year ago, the inspector came through and couldn't believe what was used to fasten the roof. A roofing company (who was there to look at the flooding) told me that one good storm and the roof was coming off. Issue 4: Parking There is very limited parking. Very limited. One tenant is used car sales. They take up four, sometimes 5 spots with cars. I wish there was a way to post videos/photos because I would. I also don't understand why it is so difficult to find a way to post about these things. If I was looking to rent here, these seem to be important things to know about.
