I can't express my gratitude enough to Garrett Bell and the entire Garrett Bell Team!!…read more As a single first time home buyer with a specific budget, Garrett guided me throughout the entire process with the kindness and responsiveness one would only expect to receive from a family member or life-long friend. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the local area and the houses that were available. The home I purchased was very desirable and only lasted on the market for less than 48 hours! If it wasn't for Garrett's top notch and up-to-date research, I would of missed out on the house of my dreams. The seller was less than ideal, which added extra nerves to the entire process. However, with Garrett's patience and hometown charm, I was able to purchase my first home for $10k under asking price!! I was extremely satisfied with the end result and how I was treated during my first home buying experience. I would recommend Garrett Bell and his team to anyone, whether buying their first home or their forever home!

We had an outstanding experience working with Rick Bond as our realtor in Cocoa Beach, Florida…read more Since we live out of state, finding someone we could truly trust to manage things locally was incredibly important--and Rick exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Rick went above and beyond. He didn't just act as our real estate agent; he felt like a trusted family member looking out for our property. He regularly kept an eye on things for us and even helped coordinate cleaning and repairs when needed, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while being so far away. Rick is extremely knowledgeable about the Cocoa Beach real estate market and always took the time to explain the process and our options clearly. His experience and guidance made us feel confident every step of the way. On top of that, his work ethic is truly impressive--he is responsive, proactive, and genuinely dedicated to his clients. We are incredibly grateful to have had Rick representing us. We would never consider using any other realtor in Florida, and we recommend Rick Bond to everyone we know who is looking to buy or sell in Cocoa Beach. If you want a hardworking, knowledgeable, and trustworthy Cocoa Beach realtor who truly cares about his clients, Rick Bond is the one to call.

We…read moreweren't sure we needed a realtor with a new build in a development but we're so glad we had Rick's advice and support throughout the process. He was always available for walk throughs, meetings, and the closing. At our drywall walk through, he took photos of everything and asked great questions. He advised us to have an outside inspector which turned out to be a great idea since there were a few items that needed to be taken care of. He attended the closing and reviewed all the documents with us. After closing, Rick sent us calendar reminders to submit the application for the Homestead Exemption. Rick is organized, personable, and passionate about supporting his customers and giving them the best experience possible. It was a pleasure working with Rick and we highly recommend him.

Some unscrupulous people are quick to call some real estate companies slumlords... Usually people…read morethat leave food around, make a mess, and destroy their rental homes. This isn't that kind of review. These people have several operating names... HMPM, Housing Market Realty, and Fischer Property Management, among others. They use these individual names to get around reviews. Charles Fischer and his empire of LLCs are nothing more than slumlords. They take properties from owners that can't manage them, and run them into the ground. Long wait times for responses are normal. Got a leak? They'll text you that someone will be there asap. 4 days later, water is still spewing out of a pipe in the crawlspace. Think you paid a security deposit? Joanne Narciso will say that you didn't, then retract her statement with a lower number, and then, only when provided with receipts for the deposit will say that your deposit is accurate... After 3 months of bickering... And after the fact that the deposit wasn't held per FL law in a bank account. They don't care if you have rats. They don't care if you literally have a water fountain under your house. They will find every excuse to screw you any way they can. They want that monthly commission from the landlord miles away, and nothing more. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! Especially, if you wish to preserve the value of your property, DO NOT LET THEM MANAGE IT!! Slumlord is a word that unfortunately is used by people that rent and disrespect the property they're renting... We aren't that. I've (with property owners approval) done about $2k work that increased the value by $20k. All stuff that needed to be done, but I did it inexpensively with little to no labor cost to them. These people are total scum.
