Jason came to our rescue after Camping World completely let us down. We had a Dometic fridge seize up on us on our 2020 grand design RV. I talked to the folks at camping world and dropped it off with them at the beginning of April. After they've had it for a month they still had not done anything but we're continuing to lead me along saying they were going to get parts ordered etc. I pulled our trailer out and called Jason to see if he could help us. Jason immediately set about to help us even though he was quite busy doing other repairs. In a week he had found us a replacement refrigerator and he was able to do that replacement and fix our propane regulator recall within a week. Our RV has a roof leak, so I emailed Jason to check it out, he said he would stop by the next day to check it out since he was going to be in the park in the morning.. we waited all day for him-no show, no calls. The Lippert Schwintek slide in the bedroom of my Class A Tiffin Allegro Open Road would not close on the day of departure from a park in Redwing, MN. Found Jason's on web, plus he was recommended by a RV dealer I contacted for the repair that offered no mobile services. Jason worked us into his already booked schedule and arrived the next day. (Note: I had spent the summer workamping at an RV Resort in MN. As a result, I had already been in contact with several mobile RV repair services and knew they were all extremely busy. Accordingly, I know how very kind it was for Jason to fit us into his schedule.) After a few preliminary tests and a visual inspection, Jason identified the problem (i.e., rear Schwintek motor had simply become unplugged from its wiring harness). It took some time to fish the wiring harness plug back up inside the wall and replace it, which was understandable due to the extremely tight access points, both inside and out, afforded by the Schwintek design. Still, the repair was accomplished in a relatively short period of time, allowing us to depart and continue our trip the next morning. Price was very reasonable (though paid for primarily by our RV maintenance policy). I would recommend Jason to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable and competent mobile RV technician. read more
