Our appointment was at 9am and we were walking out by 945am. From our registration to final instructions from Dr. Harley the appointment was smooth, informative and best in class service. Everyone we came in contact with welcomed us as new patients and expressed genuine appreciation that we'd chosen their office. Dr. Harley is exceptional. She came in shook our hands and introduced herself. I appreciated how she brought our son (who's 14) into the conversation and valued his thoughts on his visit. That really meant a lot. She explained everything in a way that we both could understand. Even though the office is about a 30 minutes drive for us, it was worth it! Looks like we've found a new pediatrician! KUDOS to the front office staff, the medical assitant who was super sweet and of course Dr. Harley.

We had just transferred from a Peditrician who is affilicated with Children's. I can't say enough about Dr. Sfeir and the team there. The front desk staff, nurses and the dcotor were amazing. They took their time with us but we also weren't there all night...they explained everything in detail and she even gave us her office number so we could call her with questions (she is not his primary care). I HIGHLY recommend this facility and Dr. Sfeir and if we ever have to our son somewhere during non office hours it will be this facility! We got there at 7 and were home by 9 with prescriptions!

Our very first visit was on a Tuesday, mid-morning, which might a busy time as the parking lot fills up quickly. We saw our pediatrician who asked us several questions about our newborn since leaving the hospital and demonstrated empathy and care for our little one. They checked height, weight, newborn papers, and baby's eyes. Baby girl received her first vaccine shot here and it was relatively painless that the nurse soothed baby. The facility was clean, staff was professional, and specialists were respectful in answering any questions for this new parent. There is a patient portal and the facility does text message reminders. The facility is in a medical building and parking is not free, but for about an hour appointment it's $5. You can print a receipt before the gate falls down is you need it for reimbursement.

My wife Terri (61 years old) fell off a dresser and broke 5 bones in her hand......the hospital…read moreemergency room referred us to Dr. Cross (Brandy) for further treatment after they released her. The morning after we came home I received a call from her office wanting us to come in "immediately" (they saw the xrays that were taken at the ER) to see what could be done. They were able to get us scheduled for the next day. On our visit, her temporary cast removed, and she was immediately seen by Brandy, who spent well over 30 minutes looking at Terri's hand (a big purple "club" at the moment), talking to us, showing us the xrays, and explaining the details(in layman's terms we understood) of exactly what happened to her hand and what was going to have to be done to get to get Terri on the mend. Terri had 4 "clean" fractures on her fingers but her thumb was pretty much, to put it mildly, trashed ("A mess" in Brandy's words....lol)....totally destroyed and was going to need reconstructive surgery. She gave Terri options (yes, OPTIONS) of how things could be repaired and let her decide how she wanted to proceed.....Terri chose having everything fixed with screws / plates. Brandy scheduled Terri for surgery for 2 days after that, in fact going as far as moving a scheduled surgery she had that day up a couple hours to make room for her. On surgery day, Brandy talked to us before the surgery and made sure screws / plates were the way Terri was still comfortable with (she was ready to go with whatever Terri decided), assured both of us that everything was going to be fine, and that we were in good hands (yes, a pun). The surgery took over 5 hours to be completed, and when it was, Brandy came into the waiting room to see me and tell me how things went and what she had done...she spent 15 minutes with me which I think is so very awesome. I had a clear understanding of what she did and what Terri needed to do (and not do). She referred us to a Hand Physical Therapist very close to our home and had them call us the following day to schedule her rehab. The Therapy center didn't have an opening until about 10 days later so I made the appointment for then. The next day I received a call from the Therapist saying the Brandy called her and wanted Terri to come in a lot sooner than that, and was given an appointment for this coming Monday....I didn't call Brandy's office to suggest / ask they do that, they did it!!!! The fast that they checked on their own impressed the heck out of me. We have our followup appointment with Brandy next week and we're looking very forward to seeing the "completed" work on Terri's hand. EVERYONE in Brandy's office is great.....absolutely FABULOUS!!!! They are all very personable, friendly, professional and caring.....we feel very comfortable there. I'm going to update this post when I get everyone's names on our next visit....I'm horrible with names and don't want to forget anyone. The insurance Terri has is very sub-par (Marketplace crap) and isn't one Dr. Cross accepted. We were at a loss when we were in the waiting room about what we were going to do because of this and were on our way out of the office (with Terri in tears) when Tina came running after us and told us Brandy was going to take care of Terri and we'd figure things out later with the insurance.....who ever heard of a Doctor (ANY DOCTOR) even considering something like that?????? Brandy knew how badly Terri was hurt, knew how much she needed help ASAP and made the decision to help her regardless of the insurance. The world needs more caring people, especially Doctors, who actually care, genuinely care, about people, their needs and pains. If you ever find yourself in need of a top notch Hand Surgeon, you really need to contact Dr. Cross....travel a bit further if you need to, but DEFINITELY see her. Brandy, YOU ROCK....thank you!!!!!! Doctor Robbins saved my son's life at his one week well visit. She heard his heart murmur and…read morenoticed his rapid breathing. She had an ambulance bring us to the Emergency Room. From there he was intubated and started on cardiac meds and life flighted to CHOA Egleston. The doctors and nurses told us that day that if he had went home with us instead of Dr. Robbins sending him to the ER, he would have passed away. My son wouldn't be here today without her. Dr. Robbins is kind, attentive, skilled, and patient. She never makes you feel silly for bringing up small concerns and she never rushes the appointment. She is always all smiles and you can tell she loves children. My son loves her and talks about her all of the time. Her nurses and assistants are also all top notch!

Dr. Ana Combes Osacar was very attentive, thorough and a great communicator. She was so gentle with our little one and treated our baby as if our baby was her own. She spoke softly to our baby and made sure to have attentive face to face interactions with our baby. Dr. Ana Combes Osacar examined our baby thoroughly and spoke to us with respect and in a clear manner. We are now parents to two little ones and have brought our children to her for years and have been so grateful to have her. Both of our children LOVE to go "visit" Dr. Ana. They also LOVE her physician assistant, Victor. Our children call him "Dr. Victor" He is wonderful with our children too. Dr. Ana Combes Osacar and Victor are a great team and work well together with a high quality of caring professionalism. They leave no rock left unturned when we have a health concern and are so attentive holistically to our children and respectfully attentive to us as their parents whenever we have any questions or health concerns about our children. Dr. Ana Combes Osacar recently moved to a new office/practice and we LOVE her so much that we followed her and changed our children's records to her new office. We were so happy to see that Victor went with her too. We highly recommend Dr. Ana Combes Osacar. We haven't always been able to see her during last minute sick visits and have seen some other pediatricians, however NO ONE compares to Dr. Ana Combes Osacar and Victor!!! They are WONDERFUL and put our minds at ease by providing such loving and thorough care.

They only allow children who follow the exact guidance per the CDC timeline and recommended vaccines. We are interested in vaccinating our child but at a later date which allows for lesser doses. Unfortunately we were told they couldn't accommodate that request and they do require the schedule to be followed. The reason they shared was for the sake of other children in the waiting room. We were later told that they are incentivized for having 100% of their patients vaccinated (I didn't fact check this but it would make sense why they are so strict on timeline). Again, we really liked the doctors but it's unfortunate that parents don't feel they can have a say in their child's care and timeline.
