But once you go into the area of where the PT takes place it is much bigger. The physical therapist was a great and kind man. He really seemed to care about my problems and wanting to get me better. However, it was a very long wait cause he was the only one working so it did take a few hours for him to completely get done with me. He was switching back and forth in between patients. They do take insurance and if you do need to pay. They do take cash and credit cards. The parking is kind of weird. There is a parking lot behind the building but I assume you park in the visitors section and not the numbered parking spots. Or try to find street parking. Overall my experience was interesting but nothing bad. Except the wait time.

Let me begin by saying that when I initially started at Executive Park Physical Therapy I was in really bad shape. I was suffering from excruciating medial tibial stress syndrome . Which is basically a bad case of shin splints (the worse). It was so painful to the point that I was unable to run, or walk up and down the stairs, etc. People told me that I would never get rid of shin splints and that they would always hurt whenever I run. Just few weeks here and I was already seeing progress. My legs were feeling stronger and I was meeting my goals with great results. Dr. Ivan cares for each and every one of his patients. He listens to your demands and he provides the right therapy to relieve your symptoms. I now have "legs made of Gold", lol. Dr. Ivan is a wonderful Doctor, very knowledgeable in his work, and has excellent table side manners. Dr, Ivan and his team are very supportive, encouraging and display excellent professionalism. They basically treat you like family and ensure that your needs are met. Last but not least the facility is very clean, and they have top quality exercise machines. The staff were kind, respectful, and considerate when scheduling appointments and were always flexible when changes needed to be made. The therapists were also kind and respectful during therapy. They didn't try to rush you through your sessions and would adjust your program to address any new concerns related to your therapy. The doctor is amazing - he has excellent skills in finding the source of the problem, and the relief happens within a few hours. I have been to so many medical doctors and even chiropractors before coming here. They have no clue what to do -- just meds and painful manipulation. You need to go to a certified practioner, not a doctor who took a brief course. Dr. Distefano has been here for many years and he truly cares about his patients. This is such a miracle -- truly! It does not hurt and you just sleep during the treatment. I also want to emphasize that this facility is very clean, extremly sanitary, and the doctor gives you his full attention during treatment. He listens - so important! I had terrible skeletal issues for which I could not get help! I am so grateful! An interesting side effect is that my immune system has improved since beginning treatments. I rarely get sick and if I have a little cold, it goes away in a day. But very seldom do I get sick, which is in contrast to years ago. You can always read about acupuncture. They talk about the "chi" which is something about the balance of the body. It is really something to be considered. More people are now open to it, I think. Remember - this is an ancient art and is still being used worldwide. Some people tell me "I don't believe in acupuncture" which is silly. It's not a religion, but a method of healing that works. If you have chronic pain, or residual pain from an accident, stop taking mega doses of pain killers (which can lead to ulcers) and come here. That's what I believe in :) It definitely worked for me!

I'm happy that I did not return for the recommended twice a week for a year as well because I also received a bill via email when they previously "confirmed" that I did not have to pay for the appointment both prior to me coming in and afterwards. When I called to inquire I received contradictory information and the last person chose to go a victim blaming route. I would not recommend this place and it's actually my first yelp review because I feel this strongly about it.

The only issue that I have is that they are not transparent about the amount of money you will be paying per visit. They do not charge you per visit in the office. They do not send you or email you a monthly or weekly bill. Be careful when getting physical therapy here because you will be surprised by a large bill that no one in the office cares or knows about. Apparently they are not trained about billing they only know how to schedule an appointment. When you speak to Scott at billing he jokes around and laughs because he thinks it's funny because obviously he get a lot of these calls.
