I've had my braces on for about 18 months now. They were a mess when I started and look great already but I still have a while left because she is making sure everything is perfect. You might be able to find someone cheaper, but remember you get what you pay for. You might be able to find someone who says they will get it don't faster but do you want it done fast or do you want it done right? I know no one wants to spend years going to the Ortho and paying big bucks but if you are going to do it you should do it right! My braces were removed (even though addition plans were made because my bite was not even) and I instantly noticed after they pulled one of my front teeth down then shaved the other to make them "straight" that we had different ideas of STRAIGHT. Because this aint it. Mind you my bottom permanent retainer also had to be removed and reinstalled because it was put on slanted. I got braces during COVID so I had then in longer then Expected. Had gaps open up several times between my teeth, even have one starting between my front 2 which is wild. I wear my retainer all the time and nothing helps. After now having to pay more to go to fix these issues I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Yes they are nice and friendly but Im about my business. My money and time overrides anything. When I first posted my original review they contacted me to fix the permanent retainer and remake my removable retainer but because they couldn't get the impressions right ( and wanted me to be without one for weeks ) I never got a new one.

In early 2025 I started going to N Street Dental, never once did I miss an appointment, loved my appointments. February 2026 comes around, my dog was at Sage and I forgot about the appointment. N Street called and the woman asked me if I was coming to my appointment, I told her my dog was sick and we were at Sage; she had a nasty tone " YOUR DOG IS SICK. You will need to pay a $75 cancellation fee before you can be rescheduled." Never once did she ask for receipts or even a doctor's note, she was rude and short. SHAME ON YOU, N Street. I was going to go at lunch and pay the fee and reschedule but considering I have a senior dog, and the dog that was at Sage (still has medical issues), and myself with my own medical issues, you are a horrible company for people with pets and medical problems. I even planned to spend more this year, even got an HSA to help me with all the planned procedures, with my insurance, and also out of pocket payment. Do better. Be kinder.

And while I had a team of dentists in my previous hometown, they were all very young and never asked about my overall health to fully understand the situation. Immediately she knew I had a health condition causing the gum issues and visited my doctor and began the healing process. Dr Jacquie is bold, so confident in what she's doing and I literally felt I had landed in the hands of a Dental god to get me to a long awaited finish line of getting my teeth straight and healthy. She also helped create a retainer for me to be able to eat with them and not look gross pulling out my invisilign retainer for every meal (especially with friends in public)...something my other ortho wouldn't even try to accommodate for me. I love Cindy at the front desk..and Shakira, Jacquie's assistant who was very knowledgeable and has a great chair side manner. I came back to Plaza Dental Care after the root canal to have a crown placed on me by Dr. Sepi. While Dr. Sean completed my initial exam, Dr. Sepi was the one who went in and prepared the crown. And good grief, I can honestly say that she has the utmost caring bedside manner! She put me totally and completely at ease, even though I don't have a phobia of dental work. She included some touches that really made the experience as pleasant as possible. Between her and the dental assistant, Paula, they were efficient, made jokes, and even hummed, all the while making sure I was comfortable along the way. They also make the crowns in-house! If you've had crowns before you know that you can sometimes wait a couple of weeks to go back in, which is a major pain. This way, you're in and out within a few hours.
