But, little did, I know what was really going on with what was actually being done with my hair. Because I trusted the knowledge, the supposed expertise and because she advertises as a false blonde specialists I trusted this person. Looking down the road now nine months later the signs of destruction of my hair is really going to be years of repair. Instead of this person being ethical principled in her practice, she decided to burn off my hair in certain parts, blame me and attempt to hide it with the hair extensions I use to have in my hair. This individual does not know how to do tape extensions to any capacity and lied to me months and months on end. She is not a trustworthy person changes her prices, depending on your status and financial standing. Every time I came in to retape and reinstall my extensions not once did the owner ever wash the hair. She would literally reinstall dirty hair. Every single time I came to reinstall the hair she would proclaim that some hair talk dry shampoo was the "professional" way to wash the extensions. But, with obvious reasons this was the first sign of her inexperience with these services. Because beauty standards require stylists to wash the hair thoroughly before reinstalling, but she decided to make up her own ghetto process so then you would have to come in basically in less than two weeks to reinstall the hair. After all this time working together, the last time I was, there was in July and she did the same bad business practice again. I even came in three days before to drop off the hair so it could be prepared cleaned and she still did not fulfill the request of the client and actually wash the hair. No. very bitter Miss know it all, but doesn't know how to actually do the job correctly had me come in for re installation and color and her being the expert and stylist decided to do what she wanted further destroying the hair left me unhappy dissatisfied. Within three days I already had extensions falling out of my hair. Oh, and she actually let me leave the salon that day so unhappy and dissatisfied and still charged me for the entire service, even though I had extensions falling out within three days, where after 10 days I had more than half of the extensions fall out of my head, and this so-called owner instead of actually mitigating the problem, or, addressing it head on, decided to block my number and fight my credit card company after three months of ignoring me. Ultimately blaming me for using extensions to cover up her damage to my hair. It's a felony to purposefully damage a clients hair and not even attempt to remediate or resolve the issue but instead ignore block and return that the client no longer exist. She would legitimately use extensions to cover up damaged hair. That is what she thinks. The purpose of extensions are for this person cannot be trusted unless you want to live like I am with damaged hair. And interestingly enough, I saw that she decided to post images of my old hair promoting it on Google instead of addressing the problem that she has with me her client. You destroy a clients hair charge them and refuse to resolve a problem you created? Is exactly why I'm here today advising people to stay away from such problematic people who will create issues and cast blame on the clients that bring you business. Desiree, you need to do better as a business owner and not involve your emotions in problems you as the business owner created. I have attempted since the Fourth of July to speak to this business owner after eight months of working with her to resolve the destruction of my hair, and instead has blocked my number and is now trying to profit off of the likeness of my images. I do not recommend whatsoever. STAY AWAY. She is not a blonde specialist, but a blonde destructionist.

Inside, the salon is clean with tons of natural light. It is a peaceful environment. No loud conversations or music. I get my hair washed with a deep conditioner, roller set and blow out. I am always pleased with how my hair looks. I'm always in and out. Quick service is the best when it comes to getting my hair done. I couldn't be happier! There is WiFi and they accept cards. The salon is open every day too!

For the first time in forever, my hair actually feels like it has some style. About a month later, I came back for balayage. Elana really listened to what I didn't like about my current color and made thoughtful recommendations. I love how my color turned out. I've gotten so many compliments, and several people have told me it looks so much better. The color even makes my blue eyes pop. Elana is also incredibly sweet and easy to talk to. She put my foils on super quickly also. She walked away and didn't come back. A young girl finally came after awhile to take me to wash my hair. She did an ok job-a quick little head massage. She then took me back to the chair and started blow drying my hair--simply to get most of the dampness out. The stylist finally came over and finished the drying. I was kind of shocked that she didn't even check the cut once done. She threw a bit of some kind of oil on my hair and was done. The color was like mud. I had asked for some chunky lowlights...I ended up with pretty much an all over color. I left it looking limp and flat. The whole service was about an hour and 10 minutes. I guess she rushed it since I was there close to closing. I figured I'd restyle it at home. The next morning, it was so oily, I washed it. I couldn't do anything with it because the cut was horrible. I immediately called and left a message and emailed the salon. I got an email to come in later that day. Another guy did what he could to fix it. It still is horrible. I haven't worn it down since they messed it up. Also, the color was bad. There is a big splotch of dark brown right under the top layer. I didn't see this till I was going to pull it up I went in with a completely blank slate--my hair was pretty much all white. I left with a really bad disaster. For the $200+ dollars I was charged, I'd expect to love my hair and get much better service. This is anything but a luxury/upscale salon. I'm totally disappointed with the botched job. I HATE it. Crazy..a person's hair is a stylist's business card. I never would've let me leave like that. I won't be back.

Stylist moved here after her salon closed abruptly. I do not like the atmosphere. It's too bright…read moreand very noisy and crowded. The other shop was quieter and had a spa like zen feeling. I love my stylist, but don't like this location. Also the hair wash station is uncomfortable.
