I see Dr. Blasek and I've always felt that I've been getting the best care. Their office is organized and they even text message you appointment reminders. It was a Sunday and I woke up with a massive abscess from a cracked room and a softball sized cheek. Being the weekend I had to call my doc to get some antibiotics. My pharmacist knows a lot of people and doctors etc... and told me he goes to Aesthetic Dentistry and I should too. He wasn't kidding. Since they were closed I emailed them late Sunday night and at 7:48am I got a call that they would see me at noon that day. I was floored by the quick response. The receptionists are kind and the waiting area is comfortable. First I filled out the paperwork. It was like 5 pages but at least 2 of them asked you how you feel about your oral health and where you want it to be and another asked about your feelings about getting dental work done and any past experience that was good or bad. Immediately I knew they took their patients feelings and wishes to heart. I saw Dr. Laurito. I got X-rays and he drained what he could from my tooth. I don't take to well to numbing injections so I felt a bit of it but he kept asking if I was ok or needed to break. He advised me on my antibiotics and scheduled me for 3 days later. That was today. My infection is going away but he couldn't do anything to that tooth until it clears up. I had significant damage to my two front teeth and am currently looking for a job but was too embarrassed to smile or talk really. He fixed that problem right up for me today and wrote up a plan for my care which I'll be going in next week to review. I'm bringing my mom after telling them about her crown troubles. They were horrified and my mom is excited to go. The fact that they lay out all of your options on paper (which will likely cause sticker shock for me because my teeth are bad) is awesome because you will know what to expect and plan your course of action. I know this was a novel, thanks for reading it. They truly deserve all 5 stars plus some. For the first time in I don't know how long, I'm smiling again!

My ortho treatment with Dr. Penna was terminated after 11 months in June, 2018 when I received a letter from Dr. Penna's attorney. The comprehensive full orthodontic treatment was not completed by Dr. Penna. I was left with brackets and wire not removed, not even permitted to contact Dr. Penna's office to find reason for why treatment was terminated. If this happened to me it can happen to any other patient.

Im very glad I took the advice and scheduled an appointment. Everyone has anxiety about going to the dentist. Myself included. It's something we don't do every day. Im here to tell you that Dr. Chase and his team really make you feel at ease. The Friendly Smiles team are all... super friendly! They're always up to date with all the new dental technologies and are super knowledgeable. To me the most important quality is you don't feel like a customer but more like a friend. The whole team gets to know you and really treats you like as such. Cindy the Hygienist, Lisa the assistant, Dr Chase and the rest of the office team are always talking about your interests and over the years, really care and get to know you and your teeth. While you're getting your cleaning or procedure done there always talking which is great, it takes away from what is happening (which always puts me at ease). Each chair is also equipped with a tv, so you are able to switch to whatever channel you like. I've never had any dental issues after leaving Friendly Smiles. After all procedures, they always follow the next day and see how you're doing. The Place is in a very convenient location right off 295, and the waiting room is always super clean and stocked with magazines, water, and other goodies. Don't forget to Grab a cookie, or Sticker on the way out! After 15 years of going to Friendly Smiles Center. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. She really has a great bedside manner and put me at ease .She followed up with a call to advise that all was fine with the results of my gum surgery. Suffice it to say I've been extremely picky in choosing the dental professional who gets near my choppers. Even then, it's sweaty palms and deep breathing all the way. Or, it was before I went to Russo Family Dental, staffed by Michael Russo DDS, Susan Scharlock DDS. Here I was made more comfortable that I've ever been in a dentist's office. The staff, from friendly Deb at the front desk to Dee who settled me in, to Dr. Russo himself, were consummate professionals who made this visit (and subsequent trips) a breeze. The office is clean and comfortable, stocked with some flashy technology as well as the basics we've all grown up with. During my first session (two fillings!) Dr. Russo described each step he was taking, took digital pictures, and made sure I was comfortable. A few hours after leaving the office, he made a follow up call to confirm I'd recovered well from the anaesthesia and that my new fillings (deep ones, I'll admit) were pain-free. Instantly, and I mean it, my phobia crumbled away like a bad filling. Since then I've returned for more work, even dragging another last-ditch patient in who would later tell me the visit was the best he'd ever had. Strong praise indeed.

The lady proceeds to giggle and say well what is the emergency. I explained to her my son is sick. She got quiet and didn't say anything. I proceeded to say it's okay I won't return. I would understand if this was a repetitive thing however it wasn't. Life does happen. I didn't know my baby was gonna wake up with a 103 fever. People need to have more empathy.
