We sent email stating it be installed by 5/30 or refund of deposit returned. On 5/29 VP sent email saying full refund would be returned in 7-10 days. Its been 3 weeks and NOTHING. No refund, they won't return calls, won't return emails. They have taken our money, lied to us, won't return calls or emails. I was given some information & guidance about reaching out to my HOA, which I had not thought of so that was helpful. They gave me options for the repair and all I had to do was choose the time frame. The overall the experience was convenient as they sent me an invoice. I was able to pay a portion of the bill until after they completed the replacement. They arrived promptly, actually early, on the agreed upon date and the beam was exchanged within 2 hours.
