A local business said they only worked on Hunter Douglas products and might not be able to get the right parts. Then... cue drum roll... Ziegler said they would pick up the broken blind and return it the next day. Turns out, they did even better. Sean came in the specified time window - hallelujah! - after calling to say exactly when he'd arrive - double hallelujah! - and happened to have the right part with him. The installer "Scott" is incredibly professional and experienced. My order was custom Sheers, Blinds, and Shutters. There were some hiccups with the order but the owner "Bruce Heyman" is top notch. He was very helpful and resolved any issue quickly. He truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are satisfied. Overall, the product and installation was 100% to my satisfaction. The same installer who completed the measurements also completed the installation. Everything was measured and installed properly and looks great.

They are Hunter Douglas Luminettes which are pricy to replace, especially since I have oversized windows. While I was at it I decided to have them professionally cleaned via ultrasonic method recommended by the manufacturer. I had no first hand recommendations but called 5 companies I found on the Internet, including Yelp. Two of the companies could not fit me in to their schedule for 3-7 weeks and I left messages for the others. The owner of Bright 'N Clean called me back right away and said he was in the neighborhood and would stop by THAT DAY to give me a price quote. Upon inspection he told me he would take the blinds back to his shop, have them cleaned and reinstalled with new hardware in 1-2 days. The process was quick, the price competitive and the blinds were beautifully cleaned. I highly recommend Bright 'N Clean and would use them again.
