Efren responded, analyzed the picture that I shared, gave me a quote and scheduled a time. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, and professional at a very reasonable cost. Look no further, this will be the best Customer experience you may ever have! Melody was…read moreexceptional, and guided me through my first luxury drapery purchase. The quality Customer experience was outstanding on every level. The proactive interaction at every juncture from initial inquiry through installation was on a level rarely experienced these days. As with other reviews, the client-first philosophy truly guides all interactions which are timely, articulate, and professional. Melody tracked down my fabric choice -- which had been discontinued -- in a couple hours through another supplier. Her communications were so clear and constant, in the best of ways. Her coaching on how to "dress" my new drapes and her vast expertise shared on light, glare, period design, and aesthetics taught me so much more than I'd expected. And let me just say a word about the QUALITY of the product -- beyond my hopes, reasonably priced and true to Melody's word. Oh my goodness!! I look forward to working with Melody and The Company again on future drapery purchases!!!

TL;DR: Complete waste of time - don't bother with these guys unless you have a big project and have…read moreplenty of time for them to try to upsell you. Extremely frustrating intake process. I described exactly what we needed in my inquiry and request for quote. A simple job to replace three sun shades with blackout shades on an existing motorized system. I sent pictures of what we have and what we need. Knowing all of this, the company set up a time for a consultation. A day before the scheduled consultation they tell me it's going to take 2+ hours, and that I should reschedule if I don't enough time tomorrow. I let them know that doesn't seem proportionate to the the job requested, that I'm watching a toddler full-time and I was expecting a 10-15 minute meeting to do measurements and confirm they can work with our system. They say ok. The next morning, two hours before the consultation, Melody the designer insists again on a 2+ hour meeting. I reiterate the same thing I said yesterday and she cancels the meeting.

Pablo recently completed a full removal of my in-ground pool. The job started sometime late July…read moreand finished on August 21st. He also removed lots of trees and their stumps on my property as well. I'd been wanting to get rid of the pool for years but I've never been comfortable with big home projects, so I kept putting this off. I got multiple bids but went with Pablo because his price was not only very competitive but he also put me at ease from the start and throughout the project. He and his helper showed up practically every day and worked eight or nine hours at a time, even through the July and August heat when it was over 100 degrees. They just kept at it until it was done. They were considerate and careful during the demolition and trees removal so I'd no issues with my neighbors. My 90-something year old neighbor said she barely heard any noise lol. They always asked before doing anything, and when I was on my work trip, Pablo would text me photos so I could see the progress. He also let me know when inspections were coming. Wish I had known about this company years ago so I could have gotten rid of my pool sooner.

At first I was leery of Legacy Demolition because it didn't have many online reviews. But I chose…read morethem for a pool removal, and now I'd use them again in a heartbeat! Here's why I changed my mind: 1. They're competitively priced. Every time I've asked them to do work for me, they've been significantly lower than other quotes/estimates. At first I thought there must be a catch. But as I vetted them, I concluded that they were legit--they're just a relatively new company and they have a lean operation, so they're willing and able to cut good deals for their customers. 2. I like them and trust them. They're easy to talk with and work with. I was leery about loud demolition noises waking up my family, and they accommodated me. They've gone above and beyond to help me see what different options could look like (e.g., they invited me to see a nearby pool removal they were doing, they lent me samples of artificial turf when I told them I was interested in artificial turf, they helped me decide on the turf that would look nicest, and they didn't charge me extra for it). They didn't make big decisions or changes without talking with me. They've been reliable, hardworking, and transparent. 3. I like their work. They want to do a good job, not just check a box, and they're not out to cheat or gouge me on pricing. See the before and after photos to get a feel for their work! I had wanted to remove my pool to get rid of the safety hazard for my kids. And Legacy Demolition did that. But even more, they gave us a lovely place where our kids can run and play and giggle safely. And for that, we're grateful.
