I can't tell you how many times, and I guess it's my fault too for not checking while I'm there, even though I don't want to hold up the line and just trust the staff, that I've left without something I've ordered. It could be anything from sauces to drinks to even an entree item. Again, it happens. No one is perfect. I've actually learned to time when to go so I get a specific group of people who never forget my stuff or never give a crazy attitude if I ask for the forgotten item. So, again, hit or miss. I recommend them though.

OK, whatever... so I took a bite from the burger: No cheese! So I go back to the front with my burger and explain to the (very grumpy) young woman that there's no cheese on the burger. Without a word to acknowledge me, she spins around and disappears into the kitchen. She finally returns and snarls, "He say he put cheese on it." I lift the bun and show her: There's no cheese here! She then tells me, "I need to get some gloves so I can examine it." EXAMINE IT?! I told her there was no way I was going to eat it after she fingered my burger! I demanded a refund, which after some arguing and resistance, I finally received. I drove across town to a Wendy's and ordered the same thing there: Cheeseburger, fries, and a Coke. I had no sooner paid for the order, when they were handing it to me. Fast service, cheese on my cheeseburger, and no demands that I submit my burger for a gynecological exam! What on earth has happened to customer service these days?! I refuse to be abused in such a hateful manner and I will NEVER return!

Never been to eat in just because there are so many options closer by our house --- but I will say in many ways this Asian restaurant does the best most of the time. They always have interesting specials on the chalk board that I wish I knew about when I walk in, and think -- we need to come here to eat in. They also have special offers just to eat in - free egg roll kind of thing. The restaurant is decorated in a crisp, more modern style yet still warm and inviting. On a Monday after Christmas, only one family eating in and many empty tables - he is trying. The owner greeted me warmly when I walked in and we joked about the specials for eating in. I gave 4 stars for my first review because I felt not EVERYTHING was excellent and I needed to be transparent, and it will give me an opportunity to return and do better. For example, they forgot the soup we ordered (2 star). I called and they readily gave me a credit, but I don't know when I'll use it and if they will remember when I do (3 star). So that will be the 5th star if that actually works out. As for the entre's: The 5 STARS: I don't do battered and fried but my daughter and her boyfriend to. They seemed to like their meals, and the battering held up on reheats the next day -- not a soggy mess, that that is a PLUS. They only charge 75c to replace white rice with fried rice on an entre. They only charge 1.25 to add on soup to an entre compared to the $4 for a side dish. The broccoli chicken was tasty and broccoli not over cooked. The 4 STARS: Kung Pao Chicken on med heat was not very spicy, and couldn't really even tell there were peanuts in it because they were mixed in - was the crunch a peanut or water chestnut or celery chunk. A lot of meat that was fine, but I found my self stealing the broccoli from other dishes. I never can remember which of these comes with the baby corn and pea pods. I don't usually order Lo Mein because I avoid excess carbs, but thought about indulging with this and year end before I start new year resolution, have it now not wish for it later. So don't know if Lo Mein is supposed to be bland and dry. This one was. I got the chef version because it had chicken, beef/pork, and shrimp. I added soy sauce and Sriracha, and on reheat, some of the sauce from the other dishes. Shrimp was large and probably 4 pieces. Understandably more chicken in the mix. Minimum vegetables. Never quite understood why Lo Mein seems to be one or the other -- veggies or meat I will be back -- gotta get my soup! :) But will not get my 2 4 stars, and venture into a new realm of finding flavor, spice, balance of interesting crisp vegetables and tender meat.

Food is delicious. The chicken wings are good. The rice is good with soy sauce. Their sauce is…read moregood. Their sodas are good. The dining looks cool.

We sat on the enclosed patio area which is a gorgeous part of the restaurant with lots of natural lighting. They had the sommelier come over to help us with our choice of wine for both this evening and our upcoming event. She also helped us choose a menu for the evening that helped us decide what we wanted for our event. Everything was fantastic but the standouts were the pulpo, salmon, and peppers for the tapas. The fish was incredible for the asador section. Our dinner made us even more excited about hosting our rehearsal dinner here soon!

I visited with a friend who had been dying to try it, and we left very happy with our experience. Our server was fantastic and extremely helpful in navigating the menu and assisting my friend with a cocktail choice she really enjoyed. I opted for sparkling wine with a splash of St. Germain, and I loved that they brought the St. Germain on the side so I could customize the "splash" to my liking. It's those small details that make a difference. We shared a few different dishes and everything was executed well. My friend's chicken was incredibly moist and flavorful, and my Branzino was pretty good. Our accompanying sides were the whipped potatoes, broccoli, and the patatas bravas. Parking in West Midtown can be a headache, but there is valet right adjacent to the restaurant in the Cottonwood Westside apartment complex. There are other decks nearby if you prefer to park yourself, just be prepared for a bit of a walk. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with great service.
