I had requested that the front driverside window blackout tape/trim and the rear passengerside windows blackout tape/trim be replaced. However, they replaced the front and rear passengerside windows blackout tape/trim instead. I have attached screenshots of my initial email to requesting repairs. It is crystal clear regarding the work that needs to be performed. I also included pictures in my email. Additionally, even without the clear email and photographs of the areas that needed to be repaired, anyone could have just looked at the vehicle and seen which areas needed to be repaired.

We found Adaj in Yelp. After reading his Bio/Reviews, we knew he would be the best for our…read morereupholstery projects. We needed 2 Arm and 4 side chairs updated from the 1970's "Grandma Floral" to something more modern and neutral. Adaj was able to provide a quote for labor and fabric/supplies which was very reasonable. He was able to begin in a couple of days and all was complete in 2 weeks. Adaj and his partners also provide service for not only furniture for business but also for boats- marine use! Adaj's communication was always prompt and we are very satisfied with the finished products. We highly recommend Adaj and would of course reach out to him first if we have any additional projects!

HIGHLY recommend Adaj Perry for your furniture fixing needs!…read more We had 6 cane dining chairs that we wanted to get upholstered with fabric cushions before our family came in for Christmas. Adaj not only quoted us less per chair than other companies, he also could start work on them right away, and turned them around in less than a week!! Other companies couldn't even start work until a few months from now and would have taken much longer to complete the job. Adaj was extremely communicative and flexible in terms of scheduling drop off/pick up as well as sharing our options and his recommendations (types of fabric, etc.). And importantly, he does great work! The new cushions look great and feel both comfortable and durable. We so appreciate the new life he's given to my grandparents' old chairs. Thank you!!

Asked for a quote for upholstery of a sectional, have no specified time of when it needs to be done…read moreand the response was declined because they are booked at this time. Okay well what about the future? Guess they didn't care for my business at any time. Customer service and honesty means a lot and this business is missing it. Editing review to add based off of business response: My rating is accurate as I received a negative experience with my back and forth communications with this business. Do they deserve a 1? No because I did not use them, so I can't attest to their work. But do they deserve a 5? No. Whether I chose to use them or not, my contact with them from start to finish is all part of my involvement with this business. They could have handled the situation differently. All other businesses that I have contacted at this time that have either said they are booked, can't do anything because of the COVID issues, or are just waiting on me to make a decision, have all responded with giving me rough estimates for the job and will give me firm estimates and help me when they can get me on the schedule. This was a very different experience with this business who is now "willing" to help. Hopefully they can use this feedback to learn how to positively respond to potential customers even if they are not in agreement.
