Instead of penalizing my tax service, the IRS penalized me, even though I filed and paid my taxes every year. Originally, I considered hiring a Tax Resolution Service to represent me. But, after reading reviews for those companies, it appeared to me that many of their clients were simply trying to reduce their tax debt. In my case, I had done everything right, and I did not want to be labeled or looked at as someone who was just wanting to have their taxes reduced. I wanted the fines eliminated!!! At first, I tried to explain my situation on my own to the IRS. They denied my request the first time to eliminate my fines, as they said that even though I used a tax service to prepare my taxes, the results were still my responsibility. Finally, I hired this law firm to represent me in an appeal. I have no idea how you explained the situation better than I did, but I just received letters from the Internal Revenue Service stating that my account for those years was settled and paid in full. Our paralegal was Haydeey Martinez…read more On closing day we find out she didn't add DD, EMD or Realtor commission. This is $8k she was careless with. I have proof of sending Harry Marsh / 24 Hour Closing/Title $2,000 and they say don't have it. She didn't let me know we were on record until two days later when I followed up. The commission check never got to office and in following up on that she said she mailed it out but it was returned and she overnighted it. The tracking number provided shows she created the label days before but never dropped it off. Exactly 3 weeks from closing and the lender never received the signed loan documents nor was the loan paperwork scanned with the fedex label. When I reached out to Haydeey she said she dropped it off personally and didn't have more info. LOL, sorry sweetie that doesn't cover it. Harry Marsh / 24 Title / 24 Closing have been paid fees for this transaction that I have had to chase, follow up on and worry about. I'm a investor and will never use this office or any of their other locations. Haydeey needs to find another job.
