Jet ski tour is not for the faint of heart! For a third of the 2-hour tour you'll be in the ocean and the Gulf waters can get rough like today. Personally I had a blast bouncing around through the waves, and WaveRunners were up to the task, these are the nicest personal watercraft I've rented, more than enough power for 2 riders. Only complaint is the "convenience fee" for using a credit card that isn't disclosed anywhere I could see. With that, taxes, and tip for the guide be prepared to spend $200 per ski, not the $175 advertised price. read more

Everyone in the area told us to go to this place. We had a 3 PM JetSki tour, with the best tour guide, Jay! We had one Jetski, and two of us on there. This my friends is one of the best experiences you can get for the money here on the water. It was awesome to go out on the ocean, and the inlets in the bays were absolutely fantastic. The calm waters were great to skirt on! As they can't promise seeing dolphins, and the manatees were in hibernation because the water is too cold, we did see two dolphins and they popped up right by us when we were just exiting the golf, into the bay. It was incredible, and made the trip! This place is where it's at, brand new Jetskis, fun tour guide jay, who told us all the cool things about the area, great staff to welcome us in, and a beautiful area to be in. We took a charter boat with them and the captain was disorganized. He was complaining how someone switched out the gps on his boat and didn't know where the fish were. He was nice, but not a great fisher like we had expected. We rented 4 jet skis with them, but walked out because the staff. We showed up 15 minutes earlier as they told us. They were not able to get us on the water for 30 minutes past our start time so we left. They were care free and did not care about our time. read more

Showed up for a jet ski tour with my wife and kids, hit bad weather before we made it out to the gulf, turned around (having a blast all along). Owner asked us to return later when the weather was better, he followed up with a call asking us to return. Private tour of Estero waterways, beautiful homes and high rises, and dolphins accompanying us on the way. Great experience and wonderful team, we'll be back. read more

Took the jet ski tour -- it was great, got to go slow and bird watch and also go very fast! Was good to have a guide - the canals aren't easy to navigate without gps if you don't know the area well. read more

My family & I had the pleasure of joining Captain Bruce on a private 4 hour backwater fishing trip, this past Monday, December 19, 2016. We had a delightful time with the very kind and entertaining Captain Bruce! Out of all the fishing trips that my family & I have been on, I can honestly say that it was the BEST. The boat, the scenery and the many FISH that we caught (& released) because of Captain Bruce's expertise was so worth the money!! We went on an evening Paddle Boat tour many years ago and had a great time. We booked a jet ski excursion on our most recent trip to Naples. We booked through our resort and arrived at AWE about 20 minutes before our scheduled tour. We were warmly greeted, signed the mandatory waivers, watched a safety video and were on our way. Our guide was super friendly and spent 2 + hours guiding us through the intercostal & Gulf. We spotted dolphins, many birds & a manatee. Kids had an awesome time and it was a great way to spend the afternoon. Would definitely recommend AWE for one of the many options they offer! read more

We took the jet ski tour with Uriah yesterday and we had a blast. He took us all the way up to Fort Meyers and then we meandered down through mangrove waterways, speeding along when the water was smooth and stopping when there was something to see. We did several activities through AWE. We booked 1/2 sad fishing with Captain Mike who was fantastic. He did as much or as little as we wanted for helping us catch the fish, put on bait, take the fish off etc. we caught about 50-60 fish in 3 1/2 hours, pretty amazing. Boat was clean and comfortable. He was great with our teenager and was super easy to get along with. Very cool guy - we highly recommend. My wife doesn't really like fishing and she was beaming by the wnd of the morning. read more

My daughter and I had a great time/first time on a jetski. However, be prepared to not have a tour guide keeping an eye on you. Our guide (who was very friendly and nice) kept racing away from the group for extended periods during the tour. One of our group had crashed in the mangroves and he and his child were injured and on their own for quite a while. We highly recommend the jetski tour but if your guide races away, know that you'll be on your own for a bit. Bring your phone in a ziploc and have the office's number in your phone in case you get lost or crash. The new jetskis are awesome but really really fast right away! Highly recommended but the sight of people gashed and bloody to end our tour kinda dampened the mood. read more

I just had an experience with Awe Water Sports, trying to save a stranded Tarpon from the Hurricane. I have to tell you this place is amazing. The staff and Owners were some of the nicest most professional people I have encountered. They offer, Kayaking, Sunset Cruises, Fishing Charters , Jet Skis and a lot more. They all did everything they could to help me out of the goodness of their hearts. That's the kind of business they are. One of a kind to be sure. I plan to hire their charter fishing service in a few weeks to take me fishing. They will do it all, from bait the hook, to clean the catch. We did the jetski tour - what a blast! I'm not quite sure what I expected, a half dozen timid tourists putt-putting in a line on old lady jetskis, I guess, but this was the real deal. Led by our most excellent guide, Jay, who showed us wildlife and where the 1% live, we got comfortable with the machine on open water and, by the end, were doing full throttle turns. We went on a guided tour via jet ski. What a great way to see Florida from a different perspective. We started on the river, which was very scenic, then opened it up for 8 miles on the Gulf, where we saw dolphins and manatee. Then into Estero Bay where we hit top speed of 50mph and back through the channel. Highly recommended. read more
