Pros- Good size room, very friendly employees, good breakfast, great gym, very nice hot tub, clean room. Cons- While the room was clean, the hallway was not cleaned once in the three days I was there, and the same giant piece of used dental floss was there during my whole stay, along with assorted crumbs. Kinda yuck. Also, getting in and out of the parking garage in an SUV requires special ops training- whoever designed the garage entrance has a special place in hell reserved for them. That being said, nice to have covered parking ($35 / night) in the winter

Our room was very beautiful, nice laminate flooring in the entrance, new rich carpet in the sleeping area. The bathroom was very nicely appointed, with fine tiling and clean new vanity (though even this new one already had a chip in it from some careless previous hotel dweller.) The beds were very comfortable--not too hard, but also not those balloons-from-The Prisoner swamps that encircle you and pull you down ... down ... down ... The couch opened up into a comfy cot for an extra sleeper. Free breakfasts (but no bacon). As I said, it was easy to travel Southeast to the WEM from this hotel--6 or 7 minutes by car. But the road it's on (100th Ave.) is a one-way 4-lane commuter route, which makes going West back to the hotel a challenge, even with GPS, and reminded me of trying to swim up river. (Not the hotel's fault, I realise.) Finally, the one thing that really makes or breaks hotel stays these days for me: Internet was fast and reliable, and the TV was new, large and modern. I recommend this hotel to folks wanting to be close to the mall, it's a bit far from downtown if that's where you want to be.

This hotel is about a 30 minute drive (with no traffic) to the city, and almost 20 minutes away from the mall. DEFINITELY not walkable. Would definitely avoid if you are trying to be in a more populated area. Additionally, after traveling for 11+ hours, we had to wait an hour and a half (until 5:30, checkin is 3) to get our room as they would not work with our Discover credit card even though they said they accepted the carrier, and international travel was on. Spoke to the credit card company three times and confirmed no issues on our end. It wasn't until a manager came who was able to solve the problem in 5 minutes. The room itself was nice, decently remodeled with microwave/coffee/fridge, which is where the 2/5 stars are coming from. However, the "game room" advertised has only 3 games that you must pay for. If you are traveling internationally I would avoid sadly.

This is more of a functional hotel, and there's not much to do around the area. There's no view here and this hotel actually connects to the adjacent hotel. The front desk staff is nice enough. What is weird is when we were checking in, they asked us if our phone number was a different one before finding the correct reservation. Similarly, when checking out, they asked us if we booked through a third-party website even though we booked directly with them. This hotel management system or team seems to be pretty disorganized. I also asked for late check-out twice and confirmed it when I was checking in. However, there seems to be no communication with the cleaning staff. We only booked a night with late check-out for 4 PM, but the cleaning staff knocked on our door several times on a Sunday morning for housekeeping and didn't apologize when we said we had check-out. Overall, it's a nice enough hotel but the questionable interactions with the staff makes me question if we should stay here again, very jarring from our experience with the rest of our trip.
