Working with Ashlee Wakefield has been one of the most impactful wellness experiences I have had. From the very beginning, she started with a detailed interview and comprehensive questionnaires to understand what was really going on with my body. She took time to review my full health history, stress patterns, diet, lifestyle, and symptoms before making any recommendations. At the time, I was dealing with ongoing fatigue, memory issues, inflammation, poor sleep, skin changes, and cervical dystonia. I was also consuming a lot of energy drinks to get through the day. Ashlee explained clearly how stimulant use, chronic stress, and diet were affecting my nervous system, depleting minerals, increasing inflammation, and contributing to muscle tension and dystonia. The way she explained it finally made everything connect. Everything she provided was explained in detail. She walked me through the history of foods, how modern food processing impacts the body, and why my symptoms were showing up the way they were. She didn't just tell me what to eat or avoid. She explained why certain foods support the nervous system, help muscles release, reduce inflammation, improve hydration, and support skin health. Ashlee provided extensive written materials to support the plan. These included in-depth documents on phytonutrients, greens and their benefits, mineral and hydration protocols, living foods, broths, and supportive recipes. Each document was clear, organized, and specific. She explained how each part of the plan supported nervous system regulation, circulation, detox pathways, and overall energy. The program was structured in phases. The first phase focused on calming the nervous system, restoring minerals, improving hydration, and supporting elimination. Ashlee explained why building this foundation was essential, especially given my cervical dystonia and heavy stimulant use. Nothing felt rushed or extreme. It felt thoughtful and appropriate for my body. I have only completed the first phase so far, but the results were noticeable very quickly. Within two days of following her plan, cutting energy drinks, sweets, and alcohol, eating plant-based foods, practicing breathwork, and drinking at least 70 ounces of water a day, I felt a clear shift. I had more energy without crashes. I slept better. My skin looked more hydrated and youthful. I felt lighter and clearer overall. While traveling out of the country, I had trouble staying consistent. I ate meat a few times, drank less water, and fell off the plan. Each time, I could feel the difference in a bad way. My energy dropped, inflammation returned, and the symptoms I had before started coming back. That contrast made it very clear how effective her plan was when followed. Ashlee also provided very practical support. She offered alternatives to energy drinks, grounding beverages, food substitutions, and recipes that made the plan realistic. She followed up consistently and addressed every issue I raised. I always felt supported and understood. Even though I have only completed the first phase, I am confident in the program. The changes I experienced in such a short time showed me that her approach works at a root level. I am looking forward to fully rejoining the plan once I am able to be consistent again. Ashlee provided a genuine, deeply healing experience. Location was immaculate and welcoming- there was an immediate sense of calm as I entered. MUST TRY!!!! I went to Ashely for a reiki healing, and let me tell you it was the best experience I have had having done reiki a handful of times before. So for those who are looking for a reiki practitioner look no further. Ashely has a very inviting personality and a caring nature when talking to her you automatically feel comfortable. Her space is beautiful very serene and calming it relaxes you even before you have begun the session. She had me fill out a chart in which I indicate what I would like to work on as well as what I'd like to gain form the session. She than began her healing on me which was phenomenal. I fell asleep for most of the session. Upon waking up I felt so light both in my mind and my heart. I felt more energised and grounded. She went over my session with me and was very thorough in explaining what she saw or felt and if there was something I didn't fully understand she had no problem clarifying it. I was very nervous. Reiki was something I knew nothing about. But with current times I thought it a good idea to venture into energy work. When I arrived for the session I felt an overwhelming sense of peace and calmness. I was offered water and tea. I was given a sheet of paper with a diagram of a body and was told to note where I was having any pain or any sort of nonalignment (whether physical or mental) on the sheet. We then had a brief discussion before the work began. I can honestly say I've never been in a meditative state. It was the most calm and still I have ever been. When the session ended we unpacked some things I experienced and felt and through the conversation I knew that Ashlee and I were on the same page. She gave me some homework and some things to focus on to further the energy work (specifically my heart) and even checked up on me the next day. I HIGHLY recommend her. If you are looking for a powerful and effective experience, Ashlee is the person to see. I have had plenty of Reiki sessions, in fact, I am obsessed. My therapist stopped offering services due to the pandemic and honestly, I was afraid myself. I heard of Ashlee thru a friend who lives in LA. I was skeptical at first. I am very careful when it comes to any type of spiritual connections but my friend assured me that I would not be disappointed so I gave it a shot. When I spoke with Ashlee I immediately felt a sense of calm and trust. I am paranoid about getting sick and rarely leave my home. My sister is the same way which is why I was visiting her in LA from my home in Pleasanton, CA. I was offered a virtual appointment and Ashlee also assured me that she gets tested regularly, is a germaphobe, and adheres to the strict guidelines and instructions she has been taught in COVID trainings. I had never had a session in the home of a therapist. That added to my skepticism. I went outside of my comfort zone and met with her. She was very warm and accommodating. Her home smelled of sage and was very welcoming. I drank warm tea as I filled out a questionnaire honing in on areas of concern. We started the session and once I allowed myself to relax I began to feel energy moving through my head and down to my toes. I felt heat moving in areas that often feel pain. It was amazing. I had pain in my neck when I arrived and I kid you not, it was gone when I left. It was by far the best session I had ever experienced and I have been all over the world. This girl has a gift.
