I gave the guy outside a five dollar tip and pulled into the wash. Almost immediately I regret of this because I could hear the cloths from the wash banging against my car and the cloths did not look anything close to being clean like this car wash is not maintained well. When I got out of the wash bay I did a quick check of my car And it looked fairly clean not to the level I'm used to but I wasn't expecting much based on what I saw inside the wash. I did not walk all the way around my car which I should have. Upon arriving home my boyfriend noticed a large scratch on the passenger side on the hood that was not there before this car is meticulously maintained and in mint condition. Unfortunately I live out of state and arrived back in Michigan yesterday to find the Scratch I called and left a message and the owner or manager or whoever I talked to was incredibly rude insisting that they have like 16 cameras that can look close up to see if there was a scratch on the car he said there was not. Here's the thing, I have a lot better things to do than try to get something free from a car wash in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania, I would rather have just come out with my car clean and no scratches on it. I would prefer to not have to deal with this, but now I do.....he basically said they would do nothing for me, and that I'd have to come back and let him look at it, I again said that I live out of state. I understand that they do need to see the car but I guess the issue that I have was that he really didn't seem to care about any of this and insisted that he was right and I was wrong. What I would say to anyone even considering going there don't..... Unless you want to leave with scratches on your car because I have to believe even if your local and they look at it they're not going to do anything for you. I've used Quality Collision in the past for body work repairs and never really had an issue…read more However, last time taking my vehicle there hitting a deer and my car needing major body repairs, they did not do a satisfactory job. I don't drive the car in winter and prior to the car being parked this past winter it had to be taken back several times for an air leak in the drivers door, which got worse every time they tried to fix it. Then took it to the automatic car wash and the window was leaking. Prior to the body work, the window never sounded like it had an air leak nor did it ever leak. They just couldn't seem to get it repaired correctly, even after several attempts. The quarter panel had a small dent and I was supposed to be called last Oct or Nov when the dent repair guy came on site but I was never called. I definitely know they were disgusted to continue seeing me come back, but I doubt any of them would have felt differently if it was their own vehicle. Extremely disappointed in the work, I expected way better, especially paying out of pocket for OEM parts. That's the last time I will use them for repairs because when it was a major repair needed, they couldn't get it right, even after several opportunities.
