Upon arriving home my boyfriend noticed a large scratch on the passenger side on the hood that was not there before this car is meticulously maintained and in mint condition. Unfortunately I live out of state and arrived back in Michigan yesterday to find the Scratch I called and left a message and the owner or manager or whoever I talked to was incredibly rude insisting that they have like 16 cameras that can look close up to see if there was a scratch on the car he said there was not.
