I am beyond grateful for the amazing work AW Collision has done on my Lexus! My car was broken in to and considerable damage was made. From the meeting with Carlos I felt extremely at ease and knew this was the right place to have my car repaired. Now that I have my car back it looks brand new, Paige kept in contact with me consistently and answered all my questions. Extremely professional and in the future I will definitely use only this place. Thanks to the whole AW team read more

I went to Honda of Santa Monica to get a paint job estimate for my front bumper. Jack M. is the onsite estimator for AW Collision. From the get-go, he struck me as very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate after we discussed the details of what need to get done, and a few days later, I scheduled my drop-off. The dealership provided me a ride back home, although they don't offer pickup for when the car is ready - fair enough. The estimate was 2-3 days for the bumper paint job to get done. I didn't hear from the shop or Jack until late evening on the 3rd day that my car was ready for pickup. I went in first thing in the morning and upon inspecting the paint job, noticed that there were some issues that I was not expecting based on my detailed discussion with Jack. Apparently, the shop had not communicated that the bumper was beyond repair. They did attempt to do a proper job but couldn't because of the poor condition of the bumper to begin with. Jack was very patient and explained it very clearly. It was unfortunate that the shop didn't do a better job at communicating directly to me as the customer or to Jack so he could discuss this with me. Jack handled the whole job very professionally and I couldn't be happier working with him. I am glad that I picked AW Collision, after extensive research of multiple Honda dealerships and their respective affiliated body shops. If you are looking to deal with someone of integrity, utmost professionalism and simply someone who would take good care of you and your car repairs, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Jack at AW Collision. read more

AW Collision is AMAZING, especially Julia and Paige! They helped me with every step of my repair and kept me informed. I was never left in the blind about what was going and most importantly they went and are currently going above and beyond for the repair! If I ever need anything again, I know exactly where to come. Clean, friendly and professional environment! Thanks AW read more

AW Collision Calabasas was the only silver lining from my car being hit then rental being hit and the disaster of dealing with others' terrible insurance claiming liabilities. Julia, who has dealt with my shenanigans for weeks, is seriously an angel. So sweet, efficient, and very generous with her time. I know my car isn't the only car that has to be serviced for damage, but I felt like she and Joe were committed in providing me beyond excellent service as if I was the only customer. Julia called me to update me at every step, stayed late to deal with my situations willingly, and even fought for me with the insurance as if she was my lawyer fighting for what is just for me. Not only that but she tried her hardest and effectively too to bring the best deals and outcomes for my sake. I felt like she was me or trying to be in my shoes. That defines an awesome customer service. The shop had nothing to gain for all these extra miles she went for. Car shops will get their money despite whose pocket it comes out of, but she and Joe both tried so hard to make sure it came out of the right pocket. I felt so lucky that I ended up getting AW collision's service. Everything at the shop was so efficient time-wise as well. How many car shops will fight with the insurance adjustor for the customer? It wasn't even a big case that brought the shop big money AT ALL. If you don't want a shop with mechanics who'll just fix the car and be done, but instead, workers who make you feel like you can trust and depend on them to do and fight for what's right, this is the place. I'm sure all workers here are very pleasant, but my experience with Julia and Joe were phenomenal. Not to mention the car came back in flawless condition. They not only fixed the part that was hit, but they definitely touched up and cleaned up the entire car without asking for recognition. It is in a much better condition now than before the accident!! I've left like 2 reviews on yelp in years of using the site. I only leave it when its beyond belief good. This review I couldn't not leave.. read more

AW Collision did an amazing job repairing my car after an accident. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and Julia couldn't have been more helpful! My car was fully detailed when I picked it up and literally looked brand new. I highly recommend AW Collision. read more

Having our car hit while being parked, was an unpleasant experience to say the least. Thank God, for a AW collision. They made the whole process of getting our car fixed so easy. Carlos who coordinated everything picked up our car at our house and when the work was completed, dropped it off at our house. Kevin, Julia and Karen were a pleasure to deal with as well. We had a small road trip planned in nine days from the accident and AW collision was able to complete the work on time. Not to mention when Carlos returned the car, you couldn't even tell there was any damage. The work was flawless. We highly recommend AW collision and are very thankful that they were referred to us. read more

I've been to this place twice already and can't say enough how excellent of a job they do and how great of a professional and friendly service they have ! I will never do business with them again, i have warned my family and friends to do the same. I took back my rental car after 30 day to them and told them i do not have coverage for rental, the girl ( Sasha) sitting there tells me you do not have to return the car until your car is fixed and she said I send them request for second month and you got approval for 2nd month i asked are you sure because I have 3 more Cars so I don't want to pay for rental car she said Reza why you are worried, if your insurance does not pay for any reason our company will pay for the rental. Therefore I used the car for the second month and now enterprise tells me I'm responsible for the rental money. I went back to the girl and she pretends that she does not know me(wow)and she does not want to admit that she told me to use the car. I Took the issue to the supervisor and he threatens me with their lawyers. Now I have $1.186.52 bill and enterprise sending this bill to collections company. read more

Davit was amazing to work with. Will use AW collision for all my future repairs. Thank you Davit for the excellent customer service.

This is the only shop I trust for my Mercedes repairs. These guys are honest, customer centric, and incredibly responsive and transparent with questions and repairs. Kevin and Shawn went above and beyond when Geico refused to pay for necessary repairs when my Mercedes got rear ended. They helped me in every way possible, were available for every phone call and email. Furthermore, they acted with incredible integrity when the Geico insurance adjusters tried to deny charges for necessary repairs. I can't thank this shop enough for getting my car back to me in perfect condition and working with VERY difficult and dishonest Geico adjusters so that my best interest and the safety of my vehicle was always first priority. Wish my own insurance company had a shred of the integrity and customer service these guys have! read more

WHAT. A. RELIEF!!! I took my car into AW Collision based on the recommendation from my Lexus dealership. I had some deep scratches that needed to be repaired, and as always with car repair places, I was hesitant. Well, that hesitation quickly subsided after speaking with Julia. From my first phone call with her, to the day I picked up my car, it was a pleasant experience. She was very helpful and super personable. The coordination with my insurance company and rental car place was seamless. When I picked up my car... wow! They did a great job! They even touched up a few other small spots on my vehicle for no extra charge. The service and workmanship are amazing! Take your car here, work with Julia, and you'll be A-ok! read more

If you had any trouble with your car's paperwork, Davit Davtyan is definitely the first person you should talk with. I recently got into an accident and my insurance company delay my paperwork for a month, but when I took my car to Davit it only took him 2 weeks to resolve everything and even got my car fixed. I recommend him for fast service, great personality and a great listener. Definitely had a great experience with him. Davit Davtyan. 818-600-2600 read more

I had a 2010 Lexus IS250 with a beautiful but difficult color to match...Glacier Frost Mica. They painted it twice and it was not satisfactory. Julia was phenomenal at trying to resolve the issue, as was her manager. I did not want to repaint it again, and we came to an agreement on the price. I believe it was resolved in the best way. read more

I have used AW Collision for several repairs on my families vehicles. They are by far the best body shop in the Los Angeles area, especially when it comes to Mercedes Benz. The quality of their work and attention to detail is second to none. When my insurance company wanted to put "Recycled Parts" on my 2018 vehicle they stood their ground with my insurance company and repaired the car properly, with OEM parts. Julia and Paige made sure I was kept up to speed on the progress of my repairs with phone calls, emails and texts. I would highly recommend AW Collision to anyone who expects 1st class treatment from a body shop. They do not cut corners in cost or quality, plus they completely stand behind their work for the life of your vehicle. I live out of state, but will continue to drive out of my way to utilize their services, they are the best. Thanks again to the entire Team at AW!! Respectfully, Darren Bond read more

I used their services 5 years ago on my previous Mercedes C250, because they came recommended at the time, by our dealership. I had a horrible experience with them back then. Lots of delays and no calls were provided to me let me know of the changes in time horizon for expected completion. I was recently hit by another car in the front bumper of my current Mercedes GLK. Again, I was recommended their outfit, and I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately nothing has changed. The work ended up taking more than twice as long as they originally quoted me. And again, their reps promised to call me if there were any changes in the time expected. I did not receive a single call. I had to call them each time there was a delay from the originally promised time. Bottom line- Very slow, and far from perfect customer service. Either they need to hire some more people or quote longer times. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! My next call is to the Mercedes dealership to give them my feedback. read more

I brought in my Mercedes S63 in after the bumper was smashed in. AW Collision Of Calabasas was great!! Not did they fix the issue in a speedy timeframe but they also touched up the dings and scratches on the rest of the car for no extra cost. Mike also gave me a bottle of touch-up paint and washed the car so it looks like new! AW Collision is a great place to go, especially if you're depressed about that banged up car you're driving around. The team there were friendly and smiling, so someone is probably taking good care of them. Cheers to Mike and the rest of the workers. read more

It's really hard to find a body shop that you can really trust. Lucky me I found one. They took over the headache for me by getting in touch with my insurance company and taking over the claim process. They had rental car pick me up and I just dropped off the car with them. Other places usually have you do some work but not them. My car was ready in less than a week when usually that amount of work takes about 10 business days. They really are perfectionist; went out of their way and took care of some other work that was not even discussed or part of SOW. Let's just say my car looks better than the first day I got it. Thanks to all their wonderful staff. read more

AW Collision - Just like brand new - Body Shops Near Me - Tarzana, California

AW made the best out of a crap situation. They are the preferred body shop of Lexus Woodland Hills so that's why i chose them. My car was at there shop for 30 days, most of which was due to insurance complications, the insured party that hit me took 2 weeks to accept liability, then i had to go thru my own insurance due to a limitation on their coverage, blah blah blah. Once insurance approved the repair, AW collision took 10 business days to get the repair done right, and my car looks great i couldn't be more pleased with the results. Their quality work and there A+ customer service is why they get 5 stars. Paige and Shawn were in constant communication with me and they informed me of every single detail that was happening with insurance, and with the repair. Every question i had was answered promptly, i couldn't be more pleased with them. That being said, I hope i never have to use them again; but i will not hesitate to go back to them for all my future auto body repair work read more

I was having a horrific experience with my own insurance company (GEICO), where they were trying to claim my car's damage was my own doing (despite a police report, witnesses and the fact that I was out of town when someone sideswiped my car + 6 others on my street). My car was towed from the Honda dealership (as my car is a lease) to this place and wow I could not have been more lucky. Shawn called me one morning to tell me he thought Geico was about to screw me over as he saw it happen to a few other cars that were at his shop and boy was he right. Geico put my car under special investigation (basically taking away my rental car and trying to prove that I did the damage to my car) and Shawn and the amazing people there let me store my car there while it was under investigation free of charge AND paid for a new rental car, after I had spent hundreds of dollars on Uber's waiting for Geico to go through their fraudulent bullshit (pardon my language). I seriously would've been completely screwed if not for Shawn, Kevin and the team here. They truly take care of you and have the customers best interests in mind. They are fair, kind, hardworking and even though it's fairly far from where I live, I won't hesitate to have my car brought back here (hopefully not due to any accident next time!) THANK YOU. Could not be more grateful. If I could give this place more stars I would. They go above and beyond and make sure you're always in the know. read more

This place is the worst. Had our Honda Pilot repaired here a couple of years ago. Rippped off the insurance company. Did many unnecessary repairs and kept the car way loner than necessary building up the bill. Only reason it got here was because the dealer had a deal with them and we took the slightly damaged car to Santa Monica Honda where we purchased the car and it was close by when the passenger door was damaged in a comprehensive none accident claim. I would tell anyone to stay away. read more

This review is well overdue! I came here with my 1 week old Honda Fit, as someone had rear ended me in the freeway, all worried about not being able to properly repair my new car and Jose took care of me! Him and the "girl with the long hair" (Apologies I did not get your name) were very professional, made us feel in good hands and walked us through the process of the insurance claim and reparation. In about two weeks my car looked like new and I was able to take it home. I hope I don't have to come back but I will definitely work with them again if needed. I recommend you all to stop by if you are in need! Cheers! read more

I was referred to AW Collision by Lexus of Woodland Hills after being rear ended. They did a great job fixing my car up so that it looked brand new! Everyone I dealt with at AW was friendly, knowledgeable and very communicative. I wish I could say the same for the insurance agency I was dealing with!! (It was Liberty Mutual and they're absolute crap). Honestly, I never want to go back to AW Collision (because you know... I don't want to be in another accident!), but if you need a good body shop, I would highly recommend them. read more

Excellent Service!!!   Mike is a perfectionist. His work is amazing and his ethics are impeccable. The shop is so clean, they are kind, friendly, and most importantly for car repairs real experts. I found them on yelp, and they had almost 5 stars so I gave them a try. Got hit by another driver, their insurance accepted full liability, told me they would pay 100% of the repair costs. Setting up an appointment to bring my car in was quick and easy. The customer service I received from that point forward was grade A. My car came back looking brand new, Mike is awesome!!!   Thank you AW Collision of Calabasas. read more

Getting in an accident is terrifying. Overwhelming. This body shop was simply outstanding with their care, attention, communication all the way! Carlos from moment on brought calmness into the chaos, his knowledge with the process was quite impressive, not talking about the the kindness I experienced. Must mention Paige, who kept me updated multiple times of the week, via text (which I loved) keeping me in the loop. When and which parts are getting in, when its going to the dealership, etc. It is so nice to leave a 5* review for acknowledging professionalism and care from a business. Thank you AW!! read more

Someone hit our Mercedes SL 65 and was kind enough to leave note. This is not a car you want just anyone to work on. So, we asked Mercedes for a recommendation. We called A&W Collision and within the hour Davit and Craig came to the office and picked up the car. They gave us the estimate In less than an hour. Did the repairs in record time, and even delivered the car to Mercedes for a scheduled service. The Damaged area looks brand-new. These guys are excellent! Julia at AW is a lifesaver. I was extremely stressed after my car got side swept and I was probably not the nicest version of myself during that time, but Julia was always understanding and sincere. I am so happy with the way my car looks-- it honestly looks brand new. Thanks to Julia, Carlos and the rest of the AW team for all of the help. read more

I have made 3 trips to AW over the years. Each time was the same. Great experience. Carlos was always available to take care of me. I did have a problem with the insurance company and he even took care of that. The work has been first class each time. These guys are the best! Elie helped me and was wonderful. Also, they own their work. I had previously used them five years ago and has some decay on the paint and they fixed it at no cost. I had such a positive experience with everyone at AW Collision, starting with Davit who came to my rescue at Lexus of Woodland Hills, he was wonderful. A W Collision was not only highly recommended by the dealership but my representative appraiser at AAA. Horrible place. Brought my car in due to accident. It was there for 6 months. They lied about dates, trying to make extra cash from me and the insurance company. My brand new car was hit on the driver's side - no note, so I had to pay out of pocket :( The good news is that AW Collision was recommended by the car dealership! AW Collision is fantastic - great pricing, outstanding repair and wonderful service. Davit, Imran, Luis and Nick were just terrific. In fact, my husband who has far more 'fender benders' than I hope to ever have, asked me to grab their card for the future - he has a relationship with a great body shop, but after my experience, he will be switching - I cannot think of a better endorsement than that! I hope I don't have to use them again, but given, I live in LA, it's just a matter of time and luckily, I now know where to go! Thanks Davit, Imran, Luis and Nick - you're the best!! read more
