I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

The guy is a bottom feeder. He posted a car for sale without even having it properly checked or…read moreserviced beforehand, knowing my son was driving over three hours away with my other son -- with gas prices the way they are and both of them taking time off work. When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy.

Let me begin by saying, when I moved here four years ago I vowed never, ever to spend money at this location because their change machine had taken a $20 bill from me and the manager refused to show me the tape to substantiate his claim that I received $20 in quarters from his machine.... But four years later, I desperately needed a car wash and wasn't in the mood to drive to Lawrenceville. So I pulled up to what looked like an empty facility. I stopped at the designated checkpoint and waited. And waited. Eventually someone walked over and waived me to come forward. He violently swiped at my tires with what sounded like a police baton. He walked around to my side and I explained which package I wanted, then I paid. I tried to find where exactly he would indicate to the system that I wanted option A vs option B... all he did was tap a button, no settings entered but hey....what do I know right? I rode through and watched all the moving pieces and once I was on the other end two men in winter coats wiped dirty rags across my windows and doors. That's was f#%^*kng it! I even rolled my windows down to ask if I should be waiting for something else. The first gentleman may not have spoken English because he strode staring at me. He didn't gesture to anyone for understanding or even make that face people normally make when they cannot respond for lack of information. He just stood there. With sunglasses and a winter coat on like a blooper from the making of Men In Black. The other gentleman came over and said "yea, you're good." I had every intention of hopping out and surveying my exterior but a clearly and purposefully posted sign says not to stop/stand/ or park beyond the exit. Because of the layout, you'd end up in the street after pulling out and have to drive back around to get back to the car wash. I drove home. I've attached pictures of what I saw when I got out. Seriously folks, my car was just "wet" not washed. Still wet because the put no effort in the "towel dry" that I paid for and now I have to go elsewhere to actually get a car wash. Sidebar, this place offers no interior cleaning whatsoever (they offer vacuums at the side of the building). I hope beyond hope that this place closes soon some new owner makes better use of the place. I hate them so much.
