They tried to bill my wife for therapy even though she had insurance. The front desk does not return calls. The billing department does not return calls. Not recommended. read more

Amazing response and excellent customer service. Also they know what they are doing for sure. I went in for Vertigo and they quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a plan or recovery. I highly recommend AVORA to anyone looking for a solution to dizziness. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Dr. Kim F.

Dr. Kim Fox, PT, DPT began her career in the United States Air Force. She completed her Masters of Physical Therapy Degree at the University of Maryland at Baltimore and received her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. Dr. Fox successfully completed the competency based vestibular course through Emory University and additionally holds several advanced vestibular coursework certificates from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Fox has opened several physical therapy clinics and currently owns Western Carolina Physical Therapy, and The Asheville Balance & Vestibular Center, specializing exclusively in the diagnostics and treatment of balance and vestibular disorders. Dr. Fox is on the editorial review board for the Vestibular Disorders Association (VEDA), is a published author for VEDA, is a member of the WNC Fall Prevention Coalition and is a faculty member of Education Resources, Inc., where she teaches balance and vestibular courses nationwide.
