I find when I go in there sometimes it gets a little squeezed with pushchairs and lots of people, especially on a Saturday afternoon! I think the staff are efficient and friendly, and they always seem happy to help. The prices are obviously similar to other stores in the UK, but they are generally cheaper than Boots. I think the main difference is Superdrug seem to host a range of offers, I am often amazed by how many offers there are! Overall it does the job, and that is it really, nothing that stands out about this place being amazing.

Cramped queuing area, and little privacy from those behind in the queue. 2. Nowhere to sit while you're in the queue - unless you want to lose your place. 3. Not clear where to queue as there are two aisles leading to the counter which doubles up as a dispensary and sales counter. 4. You can put in a prescription (via the box in the medical centre) a full two weeks in advance of when it is needed, and then find it is not ready, or incomplete, when you call to pick it up. Overall impression is of cramped premises, with staff who are seriously overworked.

It does however have a small selection of cosmetics including No7, a few The Sanctuary items and the usual smellies and toiletries. If you're after anything specific though its best kept in mind that they may not stock that particular item. However, if you are just after basic items its an ideal shop to quickly pop in. They also deal with prescriptions and have a wide range of medicines both behind the counter and the usual paracetomals, lemsips etc on the shelves.

They are helpful without being too crowding and they tell you about products without selling them. The staff obviously try to use everything in the store so that they can give exellent advise on it. The products at Lush are ethically made, and quite a few of them have been made for charity. It's nice to find somewhere to get vegan toiletries. Yum!

The shop is really long and fairrly narrow, but they seem to pack a lot of stock in aswell as a 3g booth offering their mobile phone and internet services. The shop is very busy all the time, and so they seem to employ a lot of staff as there are always people stocking shelves as well as being on the tills to keep the queues down. The range of stock is really good for such a small town, considering there is a Boots nearby aswell, it does a very good trade. The best part of the shop is that they offer a large range of cosmetics and perfume.

They have regular offers and specials which is always good for your pocket but what can only deemed healthy competition is that Boots the chemists is located next door. Both have a similar stock line and prices are mostly along these lines. Overall not bad, they do have a lot of products that are reasonably priced, unfortunately a lot of them can be found in the local supermarkets for far less.
