The sparkling rosè is crisp and enjoyable with the cheese spread. The nibbles available are the perfect match. Was so glad to be introduced to elderflower sparkling, both wine and water! The proprietress was happy to let us taste a number of different ciders, and we ended up walking out with bags full of goodies. Polgoon is a great place to taste the flavors of Cornwall and to learn more about cider. Good for kids too, and the perfect place to get gifts for foodie friends. Highly recommended!
