Very bad customer service. Charged me for months for a service I didn't order. Had no proof how or…read morewhen it was ordered. On phone for several hours (four times phone put down) for several months as would not cancel the order. Eventually I just stopped direct debit and left. Very, very rude customer service when you do eventually get through. Filed a complaint which was not dealt with after three months. Referred to CEDR - agreed settlement in sept 2020. finally received a cheque today May 2021 and they've underpaid me! AVOID THIS COMPANY
