I wasn't asking them to simply add Freon--I expected them to properly diagnose the A/C system and determine what was actually causing the problem\. Both times, I paid **around $300**, so I spent approximately **$600 total**, and my A/C problem was **still not fixed**\. After taking the car somewhere else, I was told that the A/C system had been **overcharged with refrigerant**\. Now I have to spend even more money to correct that issue and repair the original problem\. What frustrates me most is that I gave this shop a second opportunity after the first visit, paid them again, and still ended up with the same problem--and an additional issue to fix\. Based on my experience, I **do not have confidence in their A/C diagnostic or repair work**\. I lost a significant amount of money and now have to pay another shop to correct the situation\. **Please think twice before bringing your vehicle here for A/C work\. I fought and said it was a brand new part and when I demanded my part back, they wouldn't give me the piece that belongs to me and my vehicle and the manager was so unprofessional and said they needed to keep it for legal reasons. Don't come here when any moment they can damage your vehicle and claim it was already damaged.

Lug nuts went on and off fine, the wheel was secure, and there was no sign of damage. Michael, the store manager, never admitted fault, blamed my spare tire for "not being original," which makes no sense because the stud worked perfectly with it. He only refunded $50 after first offering $15, and said fixing it was a "one-time courtesy" since they "weren't responsible." I've seen other reviews about broken studs here. Poor accountability and customer service. I'm going to Firestone so I don't feel stuck with this Tires Plus credit card for nothing.

Months (December 19th - April 13th) go on where I continued to bring them the truck with no loaner or other vehicle to use and they'd keep it for a week then tell me to come pick it up just for the check engine light to turn back on as soon as I got home then bring it back for another week and continue this process for months. When I asked to go else where they didn't want to unless I was paying out of pocket. Which not having your personal vehicle for months will cost you money, time and in my case my job. They finally gave me a refund April 13th but I'm still waiting to see if it goes through or not. The only reason why I know it was an after market part is because I took my truck to Victory Layne and they told me. They will tell you one thing and do another that suits them best, without letting you in on what's happening, then tell you it's fine to keep driving while your truck has the same check engine light you paid to go away.

So I drive 30 minutes around town looking for x piece to have him tell me it'll take another couple hours or so that he will let me know.
