TSPS and Independent Solar…read more I have been in and out of the market for solar for over 15 years. I just needed it all to make sense. Brian Ralston was finally someone who could not only make it make sense but was more knowledgeable than I had become. There was always some reason not to do it before I met Brian. He listened and focused on my reasons for solar instead of telling me why I should have it, and that made the difference for me. A lot of promises are made when someone is trying to gain a new client, so I always take them with a grain of salt while making my decision, expecting only 75 to 80% of them to come true. However, not only were all promises kept, but my solar was installed in 10 calendar days. Seriously, I signed on the 6th, and it was completed on the 16th. Fast usually means subpar workmanship. Believe me when I say that the workmanship was that of a crew that takes pride in their work, there's just no other reason for it. Inspecting it was fun for me and my son because it was a great excuse to break out the drone again . Seriously, even the conduit was routed to show on the exterior as little as possible, and the inverter was placed in my garage to keep it out of the Vegas heat and sun (even though it's built like a tank). Additionally, Me and my electric vehicle are very happy as they also installed my wall charger! I almost forgot: lastly, I could never get my head around leasing solar, but now that the tax credit has expired for residents, it made sense not to have the loan on my credit and to have the option to buy out the contract at any time after the 5th year, without all the complicated hoops that other companies make you jump through.

He even came to my house during the inspection, during installation and after installation to make sure all my questions were answered. My AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer, and after calling several companies, I was repeatedly told that I needed an entirely new unit. Action Maintenance was different. Instead of trying to sell me a costly replacement, they took the time to properly diagnose the problem and determined that only the compressor needed to be replaced. That repair saved me thousands of dollars. I had countless questions throughout the process, and both the technician and staff were always patient, responsive, and professional. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable with every decision. I rarely write reviews, but in a city where it can be hard to know who to trust, I can confidently recommend Action Maintenance to anyone looking for a company with integrity, honesty, and exceptional customer service!

I read their reviews, which lead me to them, and let me tell you, if I could give them a 10 star review I would!!! I called Saturday and they came out Monday. They inspected both units we had. We were told by the other company that we should replace both units but the older one definitely was a ticking time bomb. Airria came and said yes eventually we would need to replace the older one but they both are working efficient and there are no leaks. Explained everything thoroughly and exactly what it would entail if we needed to replace it. This company is honest, transparent and treats your home like it's their home. Their number is saved and they will be the first people I call when or if I need to replace the AC unit. It's so refreshing to have an honest company exist! If your home warranty company tries to send "Raydan Heating & Air Conditioning" to your home,…read moredemand another contractor immediately. My experience with this company during the peak of a Las Vegas summer was completely unacceptable and highly suspicious. Here are the facts of what happened: Shady Out-of-Pocket Charges: The technician--who I later found out is actually the owner, Jay Kan--told me a specific repair was not covered by my warranty. He made me personally Zelle him money for it out-of-pocket at a highly inflated price. When questioned, Jay flat-out lied to my face and claimed he was not the owner of the company. He Removed the Paid Part: When the initial repair didn't work and Jay had to return to my home, he secretly removed the exact part that I had just paid him for out-of-pocket! I only noticed it was missing after he left. Refusing to Refund: When I confronted him about taking the part, he made up an excuse about "forgetting" to put it back in. I had to aggressively fight with him over texts and phone calls just to get my money refunded for the part he walked away with. Hiding Behind a DBA & Invalid Licenses: Because of how unbelievably sketchy this experience was, I looked up his credentials. He operates on Yelp and Google under the DBA "Raydan Heating & Air Conditioning," but his actual legal registered entities in Nevada are RADDAN INC and RADDAN LLC. What I found under his legal business names was shocking: State of Nevada: At the time of my service, his business entities were not in good standing. According to the Secretary of State, "RADDAN INC" was listed in Default and "RADDAN LLC" was on Administrative Hold. City / Municipal Licensing: He recently tried to clean up his paperwork with the state by converting his entity, but his local municipal records still show his credentials are invalid. Official city records show RADDAN LLC has a license status of Inactive (Closed as of August 2025), and his new Multi-Jurisdictional Business License under RADDAN INC is already listed as Expired. Jurisdictional Violation: Because he does not hold a valid, active multi-jurisdictional license, and he does not hold individual, active business licenses for Las Vegas or Henderson, he is completely stripped of his legal authorization to pull permits or conduct business in those cities. Jay Kan took cash directly from me via Zelle while providing horrific service, lying about his role in the company, hiding his true corporate entity name, and operating with invalid credentials. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Do not let this company into your home.

My home warranty company is Old Republic - so when the heat went out the other day I put in a…read moreservice request. Raydan was assigned to me. I called them to schedule an appointment because it is freezing in my house and I needed them to come same day. They answered the phone with "hello" which just irks me because if you are using your cell phone as a business line, answer the phone as such. So they said they'll be able to come by 1-4pm, same day. Ok that's fine and standard. So I waited and I waited. 4:03pm I called them and they said they are backed up and should be by by 6:30pm, arghhh so I waited. They called when they were on the way. The technician came in and talked a good game. Then he pulls apart my Ecobee and starts messing around with the wiring. He kept asking me if NVenergy put in the ecobee and I said no, my boyfriend did it. Then he asked if my boyfriend knew what he was doing and I said yes, he knows wiring, took him a while to install the ecobee because the system was so old. Then my boyfriend comes home and was pissed off because the guy messed with his wiring and he didn't know what he was doing. So the guy leaves because he couldn't get on the roof to actually check the unit because it was too dark. He told us he'll be back tomorrow morning before noon. But he said the coils are probably dirty and we were using the wrong filter. He goes and sits in his van and then comes back after a bit because he wasn't confident on what he did to the wiring on my ecobee. Then my boyfriend had to school him on proper wiring and the flow of power. The guy also said he's never dealt with "this kind of technology"... o.m.g.......... He also was amazed by our electronic automatic door lock... We were gonna give him a chance the next day to see if he's able to figure out what's wrong with the unit but as the morning was going I texted him and he said he'll be by around 2pm. Now if you know me you'll know I don't like lairs and of course I know it's difficult to estimate time frames with service calls but he insisted that he'll get to my house in the morning and by noon the latest the previous night. Anyways, it's a good thing my boyfriend redid his wiring because the guy would have blown a circuit and/or caused a fire in my house.
