Because the rental was international one-way, there were numerous complications, especially regarding payment. Through this difficult ordeal, Adriana and Angelique (apologies if I've spelled your names incorrectly or left anyone out) were incredibly helpful, diligent, and compassionate. They spent significant time researching various options for us, as well as calling the destination National location to ensure that the rental would go smoothly. Without their help things would've been much more difficult for us, and I and my entire family are grateful for their assistance.

Everything was perfect except for the check-in procedure. I arrived at location, processed…read morepaperwork and was told to get my car from spot 74. I was told the car had already been inspected and was good to go. Upon arriving at the vehicle i noticed a big dent in the front bumper and also the rear bumper was cracked from top to bottom. I returned to the counter and the sales person came with me to the vehicle. He noted the damage to the car and I was on my way. Only to realize my paperwork had no notations of the damage. I again returned to the desk where the sales person noted the damage and initialed the notations. This was several thousand dollars worth of damage. What would have happened if I relied on the associates word and left the premisses?
