Rented from a enterprise in Michigan and had to renew my contract as I was going to need the car…read morelonger for work in Warsaw, what a mistake, they completely screwed up my reservation, when asked how much longer I was going to need it and where it would be returned I said another month and that I would be returning to the same location i got it from in Michigan, they booked it for 2 weeks and that it was to be returned to the Warsaw location, after getting my rental agreement emailed to me an seeing that messed it up I tried calling 3 separate times and sitting on hold for 20 minutes each time before getting hung up on. Do yourself a favor and drive further to a different location rather than waste your time here.

They say it's a two week wait for their service shop to look at it. Even though I paid $2400 for a warranty to cover everything. Two days later the car has a catastrophic engine failure. I have to tow it twice to get it to them. They literally take some parts off and put them back on and reset the Check Engine and tell me it's fixed. Two miles down the road I get gas. It takes 11 tries to start it. Two days later Check Engine is back on. I take it in that Monday. They give me a crappy loaner and not a rental car as my warranty garauntees. Wed they say it's fixed again. This time it doesn't make it 3 miles and has another engine failure. So, that's three tows in five weeks for a new car. They call me back after two days (again they gave me the same crappy loaner and this time it's on empty when I get it) and say Ford recalled this model and year for this exact problem. So, now Ford has it. I was told it would be done by Tues April 7, 2015. It is now Thurs. They have made no contact with me. I went in and met with the manager and he could not have been less empathetic. All excuses and it's not our fault. Never said he was sorry my family and I were stranded in the worst part of Fort Wayne at night for two hours waiting on the first tow. Not sorry that he has not honored the warranty in the least. Not sorry the second time it went dead I was stuck in rush hour traffic. He honestly could care less. He has my money so why should he care huh? They love to talk about how they are members of the Chamber and BBB and sponsor little league. So, that makes you a decent human being? No, it doesn't. You have dozens of places you can go. Avoid this one. Great during the signing process and terrible on the back end.
