I had reserved a Toyota Camry or similar, but when I arrived, I was informed that they didn't have any sedans available at the moment. Instead, they upgraded me to a 2025 Chevy Trailblazer crossover SUV at the same price :) Since the office was closed on Monday for the holiday, I was initially told that I would need to pay for an extra day because I wouldn't be able to return the car until Tuesday. However, they advised me to speak with the manager or staff when I returned the vehicle since the situation wasn't my fault. The car itself was practically brand new, very clean, and performed great throughout our trip. When I returned the car at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, I explained the situation to the employee assisting me. He immediately told me that I would only be charged for the days I actually used the vehicle. Since I returned it first thing in the morning, they waived the additional day's charge without any hassle. Overall, my experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, honest, and accommodating, and the rental process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this rental car company to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and fairly priced rental vehicle. Thank you Midway rental car :)

Every time I rent from this Enterprise I have a great experience. The staff is super nice and helpful. Hands down the BEST customer service!!! Leonard Dunn is an exceptional manager and his team of assistant managers are just outstanding. I cannot say enough positive things about Leonard personally. He is a very sincere and approachable person. I had no idea that he was the Branch Manager until today. He has been a champion to work with GEICO on our behalf with company policies. Leonard has gone to bat for our family with his regional office to make accommodations. If he can't take care of it locally, he WILL find a way. That is just his way. He is so customer-focused and genuine. Other times he has helped us but never hinted to the fact that he was the Chief. He is so concerned about earning your business, maintaining your business, and making sure that everything is A-OK with the rental, itself. The staff's attitudes are so positive, upbeat, and customer service-focused. They will call you back. They will pick you up. They will take you back home after a rental is completed. They have even called an UBER for us a few times when their driver was not available. Just top-notch management. Diana Vasquez has raised the bar for exceptional service. She is a jewel, and just a really, really nice person. Once I thought I had left a book in the car that I turned back in and she sent an Enterprise person to the oil change place to try to find the book and searched for the book for me everywhere. Recently, I was fortunate to be able to speak with Diana about an issue with a contractor and explain and show her the issues I was experiencing. She immediately took action and together with Leonard they took care of it promptly. Jonatan Gutierrz is a gem. He went above and beyond for us on a rental back in December. He facilitated working with another company to get our rental underway. He has a great attitude, very fast and courteous which I really appreciate in this business. He seems to really enjoy his job. Rick Taylor is the man! He is so very thoughtful. Once he came out to the parking lot to give more information to us for our UBER courtesy. Just top-notch service. Rick has a great attitude - always smiling and will go out of his way, even in the rain. As he was walking back that day into the building, we were so impressed by that kind act. You can count on him to be super helpful. He's not always there, but when he is, he really lights the place up. Great energy! Great job!! Sarah is also very sweet and strives to give your account the attention it deserves. She is honest and patient as well. The team - Super efficient and friendly people! The courtesy driver is also polite and professional. Venue - Right off a busy street. Smaller lobby than airport locations, but welcoming environment, kept clean. Fleet - Cars are in pristine condition. Good selection. Mostly brand new. We have never had a problem with a smoke smell, or cleanliness. They will walk you out on the lot and present you with a few choices in your category. Return - Checkout upon returning the car is literally a 30 second transaction. They will email a receipt to you and you are on your way. Hassle-free. I would choose them over and over again. Highly recommended!

Even if they are closed, you can return the car and just leave the rental agreement and key in the drop off box located at their office counter. Since this is part of the Marriott Hotel, it means you can return 24x7 (except for the holidays when they are closed). All the other non airport locations usually does not allow returns if they are closed. We rent from this location frequently and never had a bad experience. I think the service you get really depends on who is helping you. We rent from here because it's close to my friend's house. Tips: 1. Always check your gas level with Avis person before leaving. My recent gas level was just above half tank. 2. Always inspect the car inside and out with Avis person before leaving. I checked outside and assumed inside was clean (sky was dark already). In daylight, I noticed that there were empty snack wrappers in the driver's seat area AND there was alot of water in the middle console compartment. Be considerate to the next renter and please return car clean and with full tank. Friendly staff. James was working when we picked up car. James and Manager Jose(?) was working when we returned the car. Both were very helpful and friendly. This review is specifically for Chelsea, she was amazing! We were in town for a funeral service and we had to book our car rental at the last minute... back in November 2024. She was able to get a car that fit my family comfortably and within a reasonable timeframe...all with a smile on her face! It was a great car and a reasonable price. By far the worst car rental service I've ever experienced. I was in a car accident and reserved a…read morerental car 1 week in advance. Hertz offered to pick me up from the collision shop which is about a mile away. When I called from the collision shop, the lady at Hertz said she would call an uber to pick me up. I waited 30 minutes and called back saying I haven't heard from anyone. She claimed that I gave her the wrong phone number and therefore the Uber was never ordered. Anyways, I gave her my number again to which she apologized for the mixup and I said no worries these things happen. She promised someone would contact me in about 5 minutes but another 30 minutes pass and still no call from Hertz or Uber. The collision shop manager told me upfront that he's noticed other people in the past using a Hertz reservation always end up taking a while before getting picked up. I found that a bit odd but patiently waited another 30 minutes before I finally decided to walk to Hertz because I couldn't wait another hour and a half to get my rental. Walk was about 25 minutes in 95 degree heat! When I walked into the Hertz building, I see the lady who I spoke with on the phone sitting on a chair with a blank stare on her face doing absolutely nothing! She asked how she could help to which I informed her that I was the customer who was waiting on the Uber and sarcastically said I'm still waiting to hear from them! Her response was "sorry I'm the only one here and I'm running the place all by myself." Normally, I would of given her the benefit of the doubt and try to be a little more understanding but the place was completely deserted and she was sitting down doing absolutely nothing! No phone or paperwork in her hand, not helping out another customer, nothing! I could see the Hertz building during my walk in plain view for about 7-10 minutes and never saw anyone enter or leave the building prior to my arrival. How long does it typically take to call an uber and why didn't she do this during her down time? She literally had 2 hours to contact them so why procrastinate? I don't understand why Hertz offered to pick me up if they were going to play these games. I believe she never planned to call uber and wasn't expecting me to walk there. Maybe she assumed I would get frustrated with Hertz and go somewhere else so she wouldn't have to do any work? I say that because she in fact was running the whole place on her own and she had to clean my rental before providing keys. I got the sense she would rather lose the business and get paid for sitting on the job rather than working! Totally unprofessional, I don't recommend using them but if you have no choice but to use them, do not take them up on their free offer to pick you up or be prepared wait a few hours. Also, she claimed to have hand washed my rental. All she did was run the windshield wipers to clean the dust from the windshield (see attached photos). Wish I could offer 0 stars but unfortunately 1 is the minimum.
