    Poor service, limited car selection and dishonest salesmen. Avoid this location if you can.

You will not be treated as a human being. You will fight an uphill battle for people to do their job right. You will be overcharged. I have never encountered a company that is not just apathetic, but malicious. I needed a car for long-term rental while my work in public service needs me in Georgia, assisting GA residents. I picked a car up from the airport, re-upped my contract each month at the local branch, and returned the car to the airport when I left. I bent over backwards to help them fix their many mistakes, even when they were repeatedly condescending. Over ten months on this trip, I've paid enterprise $15k. I'm Platinum status. At the end of it all, they snuck in a $100 drop fee on me. For bringing a car I got at the airport, back to the airport. I called the branch, they said too bad. I called enterprise customer service a dozen times over several months. Reached the highest level of escalations. They said again and again they intended to refund the drop fee. I never got a call back, always had to call them. They never refunded it. I had to dispute the drop fee to my bank. And guess what? ENTERPRISE PUT TOGETHER A MULTIPAGE REPORT TO ARGUE I OWE THE DROP FEE. Must have taken someone hours. Meanwhile, I still haven't received a single call back from anyone about any of this. I'm still trying to fight it. RUN from Enterprise, especially this branch. You will feel what it is like for a company to hate you. Their customer service has no power or desire to help you. The branch is staffed by children who likewise cannot or will not help you (Po and Maddie). Until I see some resolution I will use a different service and encourage my colleagues to do the same. EDIT: In reply to Michelle, anything short of a call from a manager and a refund is a joke and an insult. My rental agreement #7LTRL1. Call me.

They are quick with checking out n checking in your rental. The staff is the most amazing professional group I've ever dealt with in ANY rental car facility. I travel n use rental cars all over the USA and no one compares to this place. cars are always Ready and Clean. Service is the most friendly and efficient.

It may be a national car rental company, but it feels like a small family business. I appreciate the little touches and extra effort that go into treating me like I'm someone special! Mine and my wife's cars are not very old (2018 & 2017), but I hate putting miles on them, so I prefer to rent when doing road trips with the family! I've appreciated the great vehicles I've been provided and the upgrades when my requested vehicle size wasn't available. My most recent vehicle rental was a Kia Forte. What a great and fun to drive car with only 1,000 miles on the odometer! Plenty big enough for me and my wife to have a romantic weekend getaway to Asheville as well as AMAZING gas mileage! That's how I justify renting cars. If the gas mileage of a rental will save me a tankful or more verses driving my own vehicle + wear and tear of my own tires & brakes... then it's worth it. That 's why I always rent smaller, fuel efficient vehicles. PLUS, I tend to stress over my vehicle getting dings and dents and I'm less likely to want to drive off the beaten path in my own vehicle. Not to mention I'm always, always conscious of mileage. Renting a car frees me from ME!!! FINAL THOUGHTS To be totally honest, I haven't written a review before now because I wanted to keep this place a secret from the masses. But Ms. Warnyene and her son deserve my highest rating for a half decade of outstanding customer satisfaction. They are by no means perfect all the time, but strive to get it as close to 100% as they can! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! PRO TIP - If your car is not delivered to you clean, just let Ms. Warnyene know. She'll slap her son into making it right since he can tend to miss little details from time to time :-) 2018/79

    For years I have rented from this location when it was on 92. Rarely did I have an issue with car…read moreclass availability or car quality. On average I rent 10-12 cars a year for work travel. Since they moved, it has been awful. My profile says no VWs. I can't sit comforably in the front seat. They tried to give me a Jetta. Twice now they have tried to give me cars that have been smoked in. Today the first car has been in an accident (back is all dented up), and only has 1/4 tank (my company contract with National/Enterprise says it must have a full tank). The 2nd car they tried to put me in had been smoked in, had cigarette burns in the front seat, the back was stained with puke (looked like a projectile vomit), and had trim pieces missing with exposed glue. Those were my two options. Before the move the lot was FULL of cars if there was an issue. Even during the pandemic I had no issues getting a car. Now it seems they are spending more on rent on the new location than their fleet. I reluctantly took the 1st vehicle today as it was the lesser if 2 evils (and I'm allergic to cigarettes so this one didn't smell as bad). I have documented all the accident damaged, and wiped down the filthy steering wheel and armrest. Enterprise, you need to do better.

I was in an accident and the insurance company set up a full-size rental car. Apparently, that was size was not available. I asked to go up a size or can I get help finding a location nearby that could accommodate. I was told I had to figure that out myself. she did not want to help me at all. Her customer service was horrible. I don't understand how she was put in this role because she lacks key skills needed to be in a management type role.
