Not only did they do great work, they were extremely communicative throughout the process. Despite dealing with delays in parts and shipping, they stayed in touch and made sure the job was done right. What really stood out was the extra care they put in. I had unknowingly caused additional damage during a tow to a different shop, and they handled those repairs without issue. They even fixed the handle on the side of the seat and gave the car some much-needed TLC--small touches that really made a difference. The leak was slow enough to be filled and driven off, but the next morning (today) I woke up to a flat. Graham was able to take me in on a Thursday morning with virtually no wait. The tire was repaired and I was on my way within a half hour. Not bad considering it seemed busy, with several other vehicles being worked on at the same time. Pierre isn't laden with services and we wanted to continue our trip when we noticed our tires were a bit low. We pulled in for help and got immediate attention. A man came out and visited each tire with his inflation device. As we got back on the road, our indicator showed us he had actually let air out of our tires. My discomfort was confirmed again.
