I called Hertz and they said it would be a $12.99 fee (as it states on the website). I receive my bill and I have a $500 additional charge and told it's because I dropped the car off at another airport. Apparently, this isn't Hertz Corporate, it is a franchise location and they do not allow that. 1) They did not try to work with me at all. They recognized that Hertz was misleading and I essentially couldn't have known. I even offered to pay a partial fee. 2) Called Hertz support while trying to make a flight and they told me the charge, plus it is on the website (see photo). Its a design to get people to pay extra-large fees that they are not aware of. 3) I was told that I should always read the fine print of every contract signed which is absurd. Theoretically, yes, but they know well and clear none of their customers are going to read pages of legal jargon. Especially when I called the number on my billing statement. 4) When I asked at their counter they said they weren't sure and to contact hertz, which apparently I was not supposed to do. Really unfortunate to treat customers like that. I don't have huge spending power with them or any empty threat like that, but its just poor business practices. Please beware.

I was happy to see the bugs and grit from the road gone and my paint clean again. The staff on hand were both extremely helpful and took the time to explain the process as this was my first visit to this particular type of system. No belts to pull you through. A feature I love as I worry that some touch less bays pull you along in a clunky manner which makes me worry about my alignment. I found it to be an extremely effective car wash in which I did not have to worry about damage to my car. From belts or brushes. I found JoMo Auto Spa to be a wonderful option in car care. It is also available 24/7! That's a handy feature. I've used other car washes in Joplin and like this one the best. It is also out away from construction so you aren't washing your car in a cloud of dust. A rare find in Joplin it seems lately.
