My initial car wash was in Springfield ($25), but, as I am traveling, I attempted to use my car wash code at the Joplin location on 8/24. Do not attempt to do this!!! You will be shut down, you will not receive your car wash, you will not have your questions answered, and you will be told to have the day you deserve. I'm attaching a copy of my ticket. It would be One step toward customer service if it said anywhere on the paper that it was "for this location only." The initial wash in Springfield was actually not bad which is the two star rating.

I have to admit I like the colored foams and they light some of it to look like florescent lava. The vacuums are close to either side so vacuuming is easy too. Last, they provide cloth hand towels to dry off your car! This is my favorite point. You can wipe down your car, windows, interiors and wheels and have no spots, left over film, or dirt. I really appreciate this added touch you can properly finish your wash where most modern car wash locations leave your car half done. You really need to wipe it down and do a little polishing to get it done right.

It is by far the most extraordinary customer service in today's world, this is what customer service used to be and still should be. They removed washed and cleaned and dried then put my floor mats back into place even my trunk liner, which are weather tech mats. They have all the necessary cleaning supplies on hand for you to use to clean the inside of your car, they even gave me a free air freshener which smells amazing and is not an overpowering smell.. All included with the cost of a car wash. I do hold a monthly membership which is an excellent value, I will continue to be a loyal customer as long as they keep up the excellent customer service. It is a 2013 Prius V and the clear coat above the back window was old and fadded but not missing or worn off in places before I drove through their car wash. They said it is suppose to spin that hard and it was my fault if it wore it off because I should have taken better care of my car and older cars just do that. People should know without us posting it that older cars may not hold up and come out looking worse. Older car owners be ware. This is not a car wash you should ever use.
