After a basic wash through the tunnel, I spent over an hour at the self-service area with their vacuums and towels and especially the trash cans. I *filled* the trash can with soda bottles, food wrappers, straw wrappers and receipts and so much more trash. After all that garbage was disposed of, it was great to spend an unlimited time cleaning up crumbs and dirt, wiping away the road muck from door jambs and such. I ran the floor mats through the floor mat machine as well, which took a bit of effort because someone had lost one in there causing the machine to be jammed up. Everything worked well, the vacuums really suck and the towels are great for getting the stuff the big machine misses. Great stuff! [Review 447 of 2026 - 514 in Missouri - 25630 overall]

It may be tough to get your car vacuumed on the busy days as the spots fill up and some of the patrons love to spend an hour cleaning out their car....please be respectful of others that are waiting! This car wash only has one vacuum per station and the hose isn't even long enough to get both sides (unlike other car washes that have two per station, one on each side). I begin to vacuum and the orange attachment on the end continued to fall off. So I then moved over to the next vacuum and that vacuum wasn't even working at all so I had to keep using the vacuum that the attachment kept falling off. About 60 seconds into vacuuming, ALL of the vacuums turned off. I went to try to find a staff member and nobody was available. After about 7 minutes, a very rude employee (who said his name is "Dewan", white guy, young, overweight with curly dark hair) comes out and I told him the vacuums turned off. He said "Yeah because we are closed." I said "What?! I literally just got my car washed and now I can't vacuum." He said "I don't know what to tell you, we close at 7." I said "Your website says you close at 8". He replied "No, we close at 7." He was actually laughing as he spoke to me. I said "What is so funny about the fact that I just paid $20 to get a full car wash and I'm only getting half the service?" He literally said "Well you shouldn't have come when we're closed." I said "I didn't come when you're closed. You washed my car didn't you? And by the way you said NOTHING when you approached me at the entrance about being closed or closing in the next few minutes knowing very well I wasn't going to be able to vacuum. Furthermore, your website says you close at 8!" I then asked him for the name of the manager and he laughed and walked away.

A feature I love as I worry that some touch less bays pull you along in a clunky manner which makes me worry about my alignment. I found it to be an extremely effective car wash in which I did not have to worry about damage to my car. From belts or brushes. I found JoMo Auto Spa to be a wonderful option in car care. It is also available 24/7! That's a handy feature. I've used other car washes in Joplin and like this one the best.
