Just had the wife's Honda CRV detailed (somewhat small interior). My wife made the arrangements and…read moredidn't get a price quote upfront and I don't see it advertised on the site anywhere. When we picked it up he charged her $175 dollars for the service. Expensive but the car was dirty, not ground in dirt/grime but hadn't been deep cleaned in a while so mostly everyday trash. The one thing that was bad and he did a good job on was the headliner of the car. This was the only area of the car that really was abnormal as my 5yr old had drawn on it with crayon. Again bad because it was crayon but it was lines not solid areas colored in. The bad is that I spent this kind of money and there were still bugs on the front of the car (hood/bumper). This isn't acceptable. I think the car was hand washed and hand waxed. The wife's car is black and has some fine scratches in it from going through car washes but again nothing bad. As it was hand waxed/compounded (could tell this because of the wax residue left on the car) none of those fine paint scratches were removed. Again at almost $200 I want that thing slick as a whistle. Not sure what kind of wax was used but as this was all done a week prior to today (the same time as the Joplin monsoons) the car isn't even beading water. After speaking with family members that have had their vehicles cleaned there I feel we (my wife) was taken advantage of. My sister has an Expedition that he has done for her for around $100. Just seems like the price may change depending on the person that is in the shop. And if you don't agree to a price upfront/have a price list for services to refer to you open yourself up (this was our fault).
