Special shout-out to Dispatch Operator KEVIN who recovered my glasses when I left them behind on my…read moreride from IAD to my hotel. His determination to locate them came immediately after I was told the driver had looked for them and couldn't find them. If this was a review of the driver it would be 0-stars to match her personality and customer service skills. She made an error on her phone of the hotel address and after making a U-Turn told me it was my fault it was wrong. She handed me her phone and I entered the hotel address myself and she proceeded to try to drop me first at the wrong hotel (only 1/2 off) and then at a corporate office building (only .1 of a mile off). Luckily, Kevin saved my head from completely exploding when he located my glasses, which were "sitting right there when I opened the door."

Ive been riding Reston buses with my university for now four years…read more I can say with confidence that I DO NOT RECOMMEND any Reston buses for any group. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.

Most fortunately, my car arrived promptly at 0800hrs and I ensured to have all of my bags near the door to prevent any delays. My driver greeted me professionally and we arrived to the airport without any traffic (Reverse Murphy's Law when you depart for a trip on time). The driver offered me the option to accept the "flat rate" or the "meter" and I opted for the flat rate. I paid $68 for my fare and the driver provided me a $10 certificate on my next trip. I had a few recommendations for improvement which I was able to discuss with management. I am confident my recommendations will be fully-implemented.
