I can never get a hold of anyone when calling the local Phone # on the Website. Never, anytime morning, afternoon or evening.

Some cars here have locked up seized up brakes. For example I tried to move my car but no matter…read morehow hard I tried, I couldn't Budget. Budget is who I have been renting from lately and my experiences here were very mixed. In the negative column is the fact that I was in a hurry and my car stopped working and I managed to limp all the way here and they were not in any kind of a hurry to get me out of there, they didn't treat me badly but didn't seem to prioritize or give too much of a crap about what happened, no apology or anything. Also in the bad column, and an even more damning indictment, is the fact that they made me go and fill up the gas in the broken car myself, despite the fact that it was ready to shut down and stop working... 4 miles round trip, and a huge risk. If I didn't, they say there would be a huge charge. I was very disappointed with that indeed. Very poor policy and very unfair and stupid of them too. Then over in the good column was the fact that I was thrilled to actually get out of there with a car eventually after about an hour of messing around, which in some ways messed up my day, but in other ways they saved the day, and it was only an hour and could have been a lot worse - so I have to be grateful that they kept my trip going after such an unfortunate series of events. I've continued to use Budget after this unfortunate incident and I haven't had further incidents with them since then, or been overcharged too badly. For this reason I give them the middle rating because they could easily have been one star with that kind of behaviour, especially sending me off to get gas in a broken car to avoid a stiff penalty, but the fact that I got out of here with a car was a huge relief.

Really bad customer service and shoddy systems. I had a legitimate concern that I filled my car's…read moretank with more gas than I picked it up with, about 100 miles worth based on the range estimate on the dash and my gas station receipt was a bit high. I even asked if they could double check since the location where I picked the car up advised me to keep my gas receipt as proof. Nope, the person working the counter completely blew it off and said "nah, the car's range estimate just changes depending on how you drive it!" Zero effort to confirm things. Then he gives me this dot matrix paper with holes on the sides print-out as a receipt, basically every single thing on it is wrong. "Fuel level in: 0 gallons. Fuel level out: 0 gallons. Miles driven: 126. odometer in: 26000". I drove from Maine to Connecticut, 212 mile trip, then cruised around town, and the odometer I took an actual picture of when I dropped off was 24700 miles. I asked "hey, there's a couple zeroes on here, and I know the odometer doesn't say that." Again, ignored. "Nah, that's just how our system works!" I decided the whole thing wasn't worth my time over a 2-day rental that my insurance was paying for anyway, but someone renting a car on their own dime should watch the hell out. Horrendously shady place. Take your business elsewhere.

Manager(s) comments on trying to resolve and avoidance tactics have left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. The tactics of the cooperate office is extremely unprofessional they displayed themselves with lies about their identities. I have gone above and beyond to show my appreciation, only to be met with accusations of employee abuse and lack of seriousness. It is unacceptable and I'm sure that is not apart of corporate Core Goals. After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau they targeted me (Platinum Member) for asking for assistance with the inconsistency regarding reservation class and what type of car is supposed to be given. I was denied a swap out of a Range Rover that I personally put 1,776 miles on, while it displayed hazard within the engine. I was declined a luxury vehicle at the airport I was sent to by Roadside Assistance. I was Billed as if I am in a Luxury Vehicle but was in a Nissan Rouge. Ive been a member of the Enterprise Family for 2 years with spending over 20,000.00. The situation i have described highlights a critical aspect of customer service within the realm of the rental car industry. It is disheartening to hear that the assistant manager and manager displayed a lack of empathy and understanding towards my needs, particularly given my status as a platinum member. There is no exception of not receiving a warm welcome and acknowledgment of my loyalty. As a frequent customer, satisfaction and retention are pivotal in maintaining a positive brand image. The abrupt shift in tone and attitude from Tiara at T.F Green further underscores the inconsistency in customer service standards within the company. I've expressed how I like to utilize my points effectively, raises concerns about the fairness and transparency of the decision-making process. Was I not a valued customer with Enterprise? Did I deserve to be treated with respect and consideration, especially when it comes to fulfilling the expectations with staff? The need for improved in communication and alignment between customer service representatives and management are crucial in ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience for all members associated with whether that be in store or airport facilities. I want to express that I am very displeased with the decision made with putting me on "Do not Rent" as if I didn't speak to Erikah with Cooperate. We spoke about the different costs of getting rentals there at the airport and how she would get in contact with my "Home Branch". She asked when I planned on making payment in which I was confused; To later find out that I was being threatened. Audio is available if not believed. The issue started when I transitioned out of one vehicle to another and I tend to do that because I rent weekly. My monthly statements usually look around 1,863.00. For those who would like to do the math. False Advertisement is a tactic used by office of area manager(s). After the refusal to converse with bank officials they took it upon themselves to then try to take additional payment without my knowledge of 297.50 after providing 1,500.00 plus through dates of 3/12 through 3/27. As the manager stated that they can do without my permission. Instead of appreciating the fact that I waited to file each complaint and it was the last resort of not getting what I reserved for. I was clearly targeted due to the usage of my points and reliability of my resources. The refusal of not following their own policies; I still never waived my support. It is very unfortunate that I was handled with such haste and ignorance. I hope that once an internal review, they will notice their mistakes and I can only hope they make right on what they've done. I've sent emails directly to the billing department but they decline to remove me off of "Do Not Rent" which led me to find my new family Hertz Multi Month Membership. Enterprise has lost a strong advocate. As I work for the Department of Social Services I will pass this message along for those to beware of their business accounts and activities that are processed by sales representatives at Enterprise. I am not the only one who has a similar experience with Enterprise and instead of admitting guilt, you get banned. I hope this message is very clear, train sales representatives not to lie and make empty promises regarding availability on vehicles. Also, train Managment on how to find solutions without having to go to extreme measures. Be non biased when dealing with members of the community. I still consider Enterprise my family, however, I am glad it has come to an end. May this business prosper and may staff take head to a simple request. In Solidarity Kendall Smith Platinum Member+
