I wish I could leave zero stars…read more I was originally quoted about $450 from Budget for a minivan, but the pickup and drop-off situation was going to be a hassle since we came in by train. That's why I decided to go with Flagstaff Auto Rental instead. They quoted me about $100 more (around $550 total) for an SUV and offered to pick me up, which they did. I was also told the first day would be free. That convenience is the only reason I chose them. Then came the bill... almost $900. That's not a small difference or a misunderstanding. That's nearly double what I was quoted, and I even have a recording of the original price. There was no clear explanation for the massive increase. After looking at other reviews, I noticed a pattern of people saying the same thing: quoted one price, then charged way more. At that point, it stops feeling like a one-off issue. If you're considering using this company, be very careful. Get everything in writing, double-check every charge, and don't rely on verbal quotes. I paid extra for convenience and ended up paying way more than I ever agreed to. Not worth it

He brought the…read moreBronco to us, clearly explained what the rules were, offered suggestions on trails and was very pleasant. He asked us what trails we planned to do and let us know he would be tracking us. Fuel is included in the price and he picked the Bronco up when we were done. He made it so easy. We scheduled an 8 hour rental to be delivered at 9am to our hotel. That would have put the end of our rental at 5pm. He was gonna be busy elsewhere at that time, so he told us he would appreciate it if we could hold on to it till 6 or 630. We enjoyed our time with the Bronco. It had 30K miles on it, was clean, in excellent condition and had the nice large touch screen. It was a soft top and had the 2.3 Ecoboost so it was noisy. Tolerable for a rental, but if we actually were to buy one we would get a hard top and V6 Ecoboost. One thing what was dissapointing was that the navigation did not work. It said something to the effect that activation was required. I will maintain the 5 star rating because Anthony was a true professional. Not pushy. No attitude, easy going, casual. We are a Ford family, so it was nice to have an alternative to Jeeps or UTVs.

We got to use a brand new 4 door Badlands trim with Sasquatch package. We hit Broken Arrow, Devil's Staircase, Schnebly Hill and a couple other trails as well as driving around town, it handled them all equally well and almost as easily as the RZR. We coordinated with them and they brought the Bronco to us and picked it up from us where we were staying near Cottonwood which made it very easy. We would definitely recommend to others who want to test drive a Bronco or want a cheaper off-roading option to see Sedona than a local RZR or Jeep rental. My wife who doesn't have any off-road driving experience was able to drive it with ease, the big screen and camera on front were a big plus for her.

And every year we pass through every Harley Davidson dealership in each state picking up poker chips or memorabilia from each dealership. ***Married October 2015***…read more I would NOT recommend White Tie Transportation for any event. We utilized their services for our wedding and prior to the event everything seemed to be going well. Communication & responsiveness was great. Then wedding day arrived and everything fell apart. We had ordered a single mini coach to shuttle our guests between two hotel locations and the venue. The company, for some reason, provided a large coach that could not get to our venue and had to stop at the top of a hill to drop guests off. This was not communicated to our wedding planner until the DAY of the wedding, and the email was not seen for a couple of hours because she was deep in wedding day tasks. They never called her or us to follow up on the email and relay the information to us that day. The company also did not update our request to adjust the pick up/drop off schedule and in turn, some guests thought that they had missed the shuttle and ended up driving to the venue, which can only fit 11 cars, and had to park blocks away and walk to the venue. This lack of communication caused the event to start almost 30 minutes late. With the original agreement, the shuttle was supposed to be at the venue for the entirety of the event to shuttle guests to and from their hotels and the venue. Since the company changed the size of the shuttle, it could not get down to the venue and in turn couldn't sit at the top of the hill because it was on a busy road. We had no idea where the shuttle was and it left our guests stranded until the shuttle decided to show up. It was extremely stressful for us, our families, and all of our guests. After our wedding we went on our 14 day honeymoon and couldn't deal with the issue promptly. So, our amazing wedding planner contacted them to deal with the issue while we were away. She was able to speak to the manager, Corey, over the phone and he was very helpful and apologetic, asking her to follow up via email with all of the details. Once she sent the information, there was no response and she tried calling and emailing, and never heard from anyone from the company again. We came back from honeymoon and it was both myself and our wedding planner trying to get ahold of Corey or someone to get the issue resolved. It wasn't until almost mid-November that I was finally able to get a hold of Corey and he wasn't very apologetic nor seemed to care about the situation. I was able to get half of our money back, but in hindsight I should have received a full reimbursement for the issues, lack of responsibility taken by the company, and run around. Stay far away from this company!

This company, which I've known as Arizona Shuttles for as long as I've used it, absolutely sucks,…read morepolicy wise. I have not experienced the service from Tuscon, but whenever taking anything from Flagstaff it is always a huge headache when dealing with the phone operators. I have only taken the shuttle from Flagstaff to Sky Harbor Airport, but last night I attempted to take the shuttle from Phoenix. I wasn't aware that you have to check in at a desk, although apparently I should have read that when I bought the ticket. I think that should have been made more clear to me. I do see it in the email but I didn't print it out or read it, I just wrote down the reservation number, went to the airport, asked an airport employee where it picks up and sat there for an hour, only to watch as a yawning, text messaging driver speed past my violently waving hands. After going in, and searching for another employee (now at midnight) to ask if there was a desk or something I should have gone to. When I was directed there the woman was very nice and sympathetic to this sweaty, weary, and hopeful traveller, but I had to take a cab to my nearest friends house. This morning, I called the Arizona Shuttles toll-free number to reschedule, as the person at the Sky Harbor desk told me I should, and was immediately informed that since I didn't call there was no chance that she was going to reschedule my ticket, as there was no proof that I was waiting there. I'd rather deal with the Greyhound, especially when I'm lower on cash. I have recently had some better experiences with the company, but when they charge so much extra, it's really only worth the convenience of being picked up and dropped off at the airport, I would never use this shuttle just to get down to Phoenix. For their extra price, they should be more accommodating and trusting of their passengers. Better for business. Sometimes they use the larger busses instead of the vans, and this is much more comfortable.
