Called the day before and spoke with George about an SUV rental for at least 6 passengers. He told me I could reserve online or via their Budget App. Using it was super easy and I secured a great deal getting a discount by prepaying the amount. Upon arrival around 11am, there were 3 patrons before me but the line moved fairly quickly. In my case, it was no more than 5-8 minutes and I was on my way. What took long was the customer in front of me blocking the exit, but they eventually moved. I reserved a 7 passenger Ford Explorer or equivalent and what George gave me was a 2018 Chevrolet Suburban with 2400 miles. This massive SUV was completely loaded including an in-dash GPS (free) which wasn't needed and also included WiFi as well. It also has the popular "Lane Departure Warning" as well as a blind spot monitor warning in the side mirrors. Also, if you have a SunPass, you're able to use it, not like what that scam rental car Priceless Car Rentals had told me (see my review on them) PLUS, I can put as many miles as I wish even though I'm a Florida resident. It pays to use these national rental car companies. The only thing that's extra is if you wish to add an additional driver, that must be done so at the time of rental and they must be present. Needless to say...I am a very happy customer with the complete rental experience here that's so close to home. I highly recommended renting a car from this location if you're staying in the area or visiting from afar. I'm sure you'll have a great experience as I have.

I was well within my contract, had a flat tire renting from Hertz for Uber, called to get it towed…read moreand they decided to repo it instead saying it was overdue a month prior. I hadn't received notice of that false claim and every week it was auto renewed, and pulling money from my account. A week later they pulled an extra charge of $2,500 and refused to resolve it on the phone trying to say I owed it, which I quite obviously do not as my regular renewal payments had been coming out. $2,500 charge for what, breathing oxygen? They won't even resolve it on the phone or refund me. I have to file fraud at my bank or sue them to get my money back. They had also done a similar overcharge prior adding an extra $70 a day that took forever to refund. Do not rent from them, they will steal your money and try to justify it. Pathetic company, thieves, criminals, worthless scum bag pigs, no customer service whatsoever, just greedy cocksucking corporate cum stains.

These people are useless and don't do their job! Don't ever go to hertz to rent a car! Get your car from enterprise! They put me in such a bad position and they do nothing to actually figure it out! I have voice records of them saying that it's their mistake! But they don't care if you have bills to pay! To do a mistake like this during a pandemic and put people in financial issues is apparently their thing! They have no respect and don't care about the issues they put you in! Neither do they actually care if you have to pay late fees because of their mistake! They literally think it's a joke! The way the handle things is not acceptable. And I will sue them for any penny I have to pay because of their mistake!

Our agent, Laura Rodriguez, was the most efficient customer oriented person that we have ever deal at a car rental - specially on a holiday. She made sure that we were happy with the car, explained the terms and conditions of the agreement and provided us with a few tips. I am taking the time to write this review because I feel that Laura is a genuine person who is willing to assist and goes beyond her duties. We were extremely happy with such attentive and tailored experience. Happy New Year to the Alamo team in Miami!

Go to Miami Airport to rent a car instead!…read more Had a car reservation at 11am. I arrived at 11am and did not leave this place until around 1:30pm. I waited 2.5 hours for a car!!!!!!! They wanted to give me a compact car when I specifically reserved a SUV. We had 4 big suitcases and they were not going to fit in a compact car. They were just giving people random cars and did not care about the size someone needed. What threw me off the roof was that a family of 5 came about an hour after of us waiting there and one of the employees took them to the corner of the parking lot and gave them an SUV!!?! We were there first, but they got the car. This place is unfair. We confronted the employee about this and he lied to us saying they were already here before us! HOW IF I SAW THEM AT THE BACK OF THE LINE WHEN WE WERE CHECKING IN!?? The manager John, does not know how to manage this location. He was disrespectful and did not know what to do. He has no problem solving skills, no customer service skills, no communication skills. We told them why dont they just ask for stash of cars from nearby locations? They said they couldn't do that. After waiting another hour, they told us that they had cars coming from Miami Airport. I THOUGHT THEY COULDN'T DO THAT!??? I don't know how he is still there managing that location. It's either the company's fault for allowing them to fail customers this bad or the manager doesn't know how to speak up and ask for help. This location does not have any stash of cars for people to pick-up. They rely on returns, which is horrible. Miami Airport is literally 15-20 mins away. If they have drivers that can move cars around to other locations, why not think ahead and do that, instead of relying on returns.

Mold Remediation/Restoration and Interior Detailing -…read more Royal Car Care Miami and the owner, Avi, provided some of the best customer service we've experienced in a very long time and restored our faith in high-quality customer care and exceptional quality of work! It appears, from his impressive web site, that his work is mostly high-end luxury cars; however, he treated my daughter's car as though it were equally important, and he accomplished what wasn't successful with several previous attempts. Our daughter attends college in Miami and began dealing with a mold issue in the back seat of her car, which eventually grew to encompass almost the entire interior. With no idea how this occurred, she attempted to clean the interior herself with vinegar and other cleaners, then had the car professionally cleaned twice, yet the mold returned. She searched for more professionals and read some amazing reviews about Avi's company assisting others with similar issues. Not only did he painstakingly remediate the mold and immaculately clean and sanitize the entire car; but his team also discovered (and temporarily repaired) the cause of the recurring mold, which was the rear windshield seal leaking into an area beneath the rear seat. Two dealership service professionals had been previously unable to determine this. He kept us advised throughout the process with many photos and videos, texts, and phone calls. We are so thankful to Avi and extremely impressed with his company! We read online that professional mold remediation can be an expensive process. It was not inexpensive; however, we soon learned that we could have saved a lot of time, frustration, and money, had she found Royal Car Care Miami first! Came here after a mishab with a typical Miami jack with no shame who scrape a stain on my car…read more Avi took care of me on a early Sunday and detailed my car single handedly. From then on he has been doing so every Sunday until recently when another typical jack Miami driver rear ended me with a rental truck... Yay... gotta love the drivers here. Anyways. Once my car is out of the shop Avi is and will be the only person i will let clean and detail my car. Hes done such a great job that i have mention his name to everyone I know. Note he is pricey and usually handle high end cars but he is very good at what he does and is worth every penny. He also remembers you from your first visit making your car wash personal and friendly.
