Avinity Health was founded to bring a more medically grounded approach to aesthetics and wellness in Scottsdale—focused on reducing inflammation, intervening earlier, and addressing underlying processes before more serious decline sets in.
The clinicians behind Avinity Health spent decades in hospital and senior care settings treating the same patterns—chronic inflammation, metabolic decline, and loss of function—once they had already progressed. That experience shaped a different approach: apply established medical therapies earlier, in a controlled outpatient setting, with proper screening and oversight.
Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE), a procedure traditionally used in hospitals, became a core part of that model. From there, Avinity Health expanded to include Botox, microneedling, fillers, and IV therapy—applying the same standard of physician guidance, experienced nursing care, and individualized treatment planning across all services.
