The whole apartment reeked of weed. I tried to air it out, light candles, spray room sprays.. nothing worked. The smell was in the vents. No getting away from it. There were so many issues, I can't even list them all. I complained about these issues and nothing was done to fix these issues. They told me a pest guy would come spray the apartment but no one showed and then they told me I had to wait a week for him to come back as he only comes on Thursday. The apartment was so awful, my daughter and I had to leave. I wasnt going to have her be in an apartment with roaches. Because I wanted to break my lease due to the conditions of the apartment and lack of effort to fix the issues, they're now trying to charge me $5k to break the lease when I was in the apartment for a total of 3 days which has now led to a lawsuit. They definitely screwed me over and I DO NOT recommend this place.

What concerns me most is not just the infestation itself, but the lack of urgency shown in resolving it. As a resident who has always paid rent on time and intended to stay long-term, I never expected to be left dealing with these conditions largely on my own. I have documented photos, videos, and communications regarding the situation and will be sharing them so others can make an informed decision. My experience with management, including Karen, has left me feeling unheard, frustrated, and completely disappointed. Renters deserve clean, safe, and professionally managed housing. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

The departing staff member came to assist me, but even then I struggled to lock up properly as I was unfamiliar with the door mechanism. To my surprise, I found myself exiting through the pool or fitness area and was unsure of how to leave the premises after 6pm, past closing time. Fortunately, the gate opened and I was able to exit. Personally, based on this experience with the staff, I would not choose to rent here despite the nice housing. I gave a rating of 2 due to the quality of the housing.

They say they changed landscaping companies, and it's a miscommunication. A 5-month miscommunication seems unlikely to me. Also, sometimes the trash doesn't get picked up, and it smells pretty bad in this heat. Other than that, they have fixed her dryer vent fast.

Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The biggest issue was the constant noise. Our neighbors were frequently fighting, slamming doors, and being disruptive at all hours. We reported this to the leasing office multiple times, but nothing was done beyond basic warnings, and the behavior never improved. Maintenance was also very frustrating to deal with. Requests would be submitted, but there was little to no communication about when someone would come or what the status was. Most of the time, you wouldn't hear anything until the day they showed up, which made it hard to plan around. The cleanliness of the property was another major problem. There was often pet waste left around the buildings, and the dog park was especially bad. Trash in that area wasn't consistently taken out, leading to strong, unpleasant odors. I also had a very concerning experience involving someone connected to the leasing manager, Esther. After our car was hit, we found out the person responsible did not have insurance and still attempted to shift the blame onto us, which added a lot of unnecessary stress. Lastly, don't expect to get your full deposit back. We were charged for cleaning and carpet fees regardless, which felt excessive. Overall, while the view was nice, the ongoing issues with noise, maintenance, cleanliness, and management made this a disappointing place to live. I would not recommend it.

I have valid insurance and valid registration on my car but someone stole the tag of my license plate and I had no idea. Anyway they made me pay 284$ for something out of my control with no warnings, no emails, and no calls I had all of the correct documents up to date and there was no courtesy at all from them. Not everyone has almost 300$ lying around but yeah people apparently steal things off of cars and then you get towed for no reason so unfortunately it's a 1 star for me. Do better Natura.
